the worst car buying experience ever...I dealt with Gene (I think the owner) and advised him that Im from MI and want to make sure its worth my trip going to Cleveland. I was looking at purchasing a Mazda CX7 from his lot. I asked him SPECIFICALLY any issues he knows of before driving down there. He repeatedly said NO. When I finally got there, ready to test drive, he told me some BS about they had to "re-program" the chip in the transmission and itd take over 100 miles for it to "learn" how to shift properly. I called the local Mazda dealership service department to ask them the same question and they have never heard of such "re-programming". When I was driving it down the local streets, the vehicle kept jerking at a low speed. I was getting more upset and he told me he would include a 3-6 months warranty if the jerking keeps happening. Their action shows a lack of honest and character. If you like doing business with liars, then go there.

Owner knew car had problems that were masked. 4600 for car, 3100 in repairs the first week. Warranty company only paid a fraction of the costs of the"covered" repairs. Dont let the honesty act fool you.
