Incident happened on March 5, 2017 BUYER BEWARE!! I went up to this dealership with the intent to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. After careful deliberation among the sales team I still wasnt happy with the deal being made. (Not sure if I wanted a higher car payment then my wife already had) So I left. On my way home I had my wife crunch some numbers and found out we were able to go through with the deal. I called back not 30 mins later ( mind you they were closing in 30mins) asking for Wesley and I was told he was on a test drive with another customer so I asked to speak with Gio. After speaking with Gio he told me "He would have Wesley contact me back but we close at 5pm if I dont hear from him he would contact me the next morning. " I said ok but I wanted to just let you know I want to go through with the deal. At that point Gio told me he would have to review the deal over with Wesley again. I said OK but please call me back so I know whats going on. So next day comes and no one returned my phone call. I had to call myself and was able to speak with Wesley and he told me " he was going to look over the deal again and call me right back. " 3 hours go by and still no phone call from Wesley. Finally someone from that dealership called me and I told them I was waiting for Wesley to call me back. We hung up and not 5 mins later Wesley was calling me. We talked and he told me he could no longer give me the deal that we had talked about. Even after I told him I tried calling back not 30 mins after I left the same day the deal was given to me. He told me I should have took the deal then. I told him I called back not 30 mins after I left. Wesley told me no one gave him the message to call me back. I explained to him that the lack of Communication skills amongst his people were not my fault that he should still honor the deal. I was very dis pleased with how Wesley handle our conversation over the phone. So I will no longer be doing business with this dealership and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience, I found a car online that day that was at this dealer ship! When I called they told me the car was there and the appointment was set up for 6:45 to see this car! Now I made it clear that I was 2 hours away and did not want to get there only to have wasted my gas and time! I called two other times prior to leaving my house just to be safe and make sure it was there! She assured me it was and that they would call me immediately if they sold it! I had already been to two other dealerships many miles away that did this same damn thing! So Im sure you can understand my frustration! I then get to the dealership only to be looked at funny when I tell them Im here for my appointment for the car! So the guy calls around trying to find out whats going on and sure enough he comes back only to tell me it sold earlier that day! WOW! He then explains to me that they have someone in SC and that she cant come out on the lot and tell me if the cars still there or not! What?! So that means they have someone in South Carolina lying to everyone who inquires about their inventory then I guess! Even if I find another car I like online that is at that dealership I wont be back simply because I cant trust them whether its their fault or not! I CANT REPLY TO THE "OWNERS" comment. however Weeks later i decided to look again online for another new car and low and behold there is the same car posted by Subaru of south orlando still posted for an even less amount! They leave it up to get people in, only to tell them they dont have it after all, after driving several hours to get there to see the car! You would think after having an upset customer you would delete the post so no one else has that problem! That is a shameful act on the behalf of any salesman!

I called to buy a vehicle, the vehicle was priced at 18,000. The vehicle got into an accident in their lot and they told me they would reduce the price significantly if I bought it still, I said it would work if they marked the vehicle down, they promised the would so I drove down only to be treated with contempt and rudeness by their sales manager, he paid 15,000 for the car and still wanted to sell it to me for 18,000. He was passing the cost of repairing the vehicle on to me even though the customers insurance was paying to fix the vehicle, he wasted my time and then they wrote the following email to me. I have my own financing and I can finance enough to pay the 18,000 but only an idiot would pay the original asking price after the vehicle has been in an accident and it will take about a month to repair the vehicle of how bad the damage is, here is the answer I got from them. Lmao I wanted to thank you for visiting to see the BRZ. I am sorry that there wasnt more we can do. I know you were against it at the time, but is it possible you might consider us for financing. see if we can compete with McCoy for the rate, and possibly make up for the difference in the financeable amount needed. I understand if you are no longer interested, but if you want we can try. Steer clear from this place

Just purchased a used 2014 Subaru Outback from South Orlando Subaru on 11/2/2016. We test drove the vehicle on surface roads and looked up the Car Fax, everything was fine. It was parked in the garage until this past Friday 11/4/16, my husband drove it to work. When he got on the Turnpike at 70 mph it pulled drastically to the right. Called and made an appointment. We dropped it off yesterday and went to pick it up today and they charged us for the alignment $107.00. They were very rude and forceful with my husband about paying. Less than 100 mi put on the car since we purchased it and they would not budge, demanded that we pay. That they did a service check on the vehicle before it left the lot when we bought it. Well evidently they need to work on their service checklist, they obviously do not drive the vehicles on the highway to test them out at high speeds. When my husband asked if they had tested it this time they said they are not allowed to take it on the highway, the 528 is right next to the dealership. We will not recommend this dealership to any of our friends and will not be doing any future business with them. Love the Subaru and they are reliable cars, but SUBARU SOUTH ORLANDO is not the only dealership and we will move on!!!!

We came in on Thursday 08/17/17 and we had our eyes set on a used car in a different location. Alex welcomed us and gave us information on a car that we saw which was loved but since we had the used car in mind we left. Only leaving for 30min we came back right away. We thought about the deal and we had to see what options we had. With help from Alexander Cortes who was our advisor we made a better choice in buying a new car instead. We had trouble with our credit score but Alex was able to help us and he also gave us some awesome advice that we followed all the way through. We really appreciate your help Alex!! This was the best customer service Ive received by far and my family has gone to many places and we have never been treated like we were part of the team! Our closing officer was great too very helpful and answered all of our questions. Everyone was great! We felt like part of the family. My boyfriend loves lanyards and he even went out of his way to look for one while we were getting ready to leave in our new ride! We are extremely happy with our new car :) We will definitely be back again with Alex when its time to trade in my old car! Thank you!
