I recently bought a new Jaguar F Pace from Jaguar Cleveland. The car aside, which I love, the folks and facilities at "JC" are top notch. Rick McDonald is a true professional and a car enthusiast. You can tell he knows his stuff, wont b.s. you, and gives you the time and attention you deserve when buying a luxury brand automobile. The guy just "gets it". And his pre and post delivery communication was excellent, which the wife really appreciated. Finally, their Finance Manager, Dwight Dunham, was terrific. He handled everything perfectly, and efficiently. No delays. No mistakes. No hard sells. Boom. Done. If you work with these two guys, trust me, youll be happy. Real pros that know their stuff, treat you right, and make you feel good about spending your hard earned money on a luxury car. What a concept! Great job guys!!!

I had my car serciced here. The service mgrs., Al and Chris, seemed to really be listening to my plight having issues with my Range Rover overheating, the alarm going off when the wind blows and my buttons on the key being very worn did not shut the alarm off, etc. Yes, you pay a premium, but they are professional, have a good courtesy pick-up/drop off car service, accurate diagnostics, etc. I took my car to a local service dealer where they ran a diagnostics, but they couldnt tell me what the codes meant and after 2.5 hrs, that was a waste of time. They only charged me $280-290 for a new key, when Westlake Land Rover tried to charge me $500.Its worth it!

I just bought a 2007 Jaguar off the internet, I took it to Jaguar Cleveland to have the oil changed & to see if anything else needed to be fixed or serviced. I was treated as if I was a long time customer of theirs that had just bought a new Jaguar from them. They inspected everything on my car, and let me know about any problems that should be fixed now & in the future. I had them take care of a few thing,(which they did expertly) & could not be happier with the experience. I will be bringing my car to Jaguar Cleveland for as long as I own it, for all service.

Jaguar service is absolutely horrible, it has been the worst car owning experience I have ever had, so much so that I would rather own a Kia before ever buying another jaguar vehicle. How anyone can explain a luxury car dealership having such poor low standards of customer care is beyond me. They should be ashamed of themselves..oh and btw what dealership doesnt even call you back when you OFFER TO BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY...just jaguar!! Needless to say I am turning my car in for a Mercedes -HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING JAGUAR/LANDROVER YOU WILL REGRET IT

Had my annual service done last week. Everything went well until my service manager informed that the rear brakes needed new pads and rotors. He showed them to me and they definitely needed service. I raised the question concerning my service records which indicate that new rotors were installed on 8/27/14 just 20,000 miles ago. response was a "best guess" by the service manager. I repeated this concern on the service survey I completed last week. No response to date.

These people did not repair my familys vehicle properly and lied about it. Do not take your car here! From the Owner all the way down to the service people they are incompetent when it comes to repairing cars.
