DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They use the slogan "Well go around the world for you!" but, in truth they only go to the end of their parking lot and they stop there. We found a 2005 BMW 530i on their website and came up to look at the vehicle. I confirmed the price and told them I was bringing my tags and if they would pay the taxes and do DMV paperwork, they said all of that was included. I also asked if the 90,000 mile service was preformed, they said it was. So we drove from Charleston, WV to Bedford, OH. Four hours later we arrive, there is the car sitting ready to go, I give the salesman my ID and we go out for a test drive. As soon as we leave the lot the flat tire lights and alarms go off not a block down the road, then we notice the vehicle is running on its reserve tank. THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT GAS IN IT FOR US. I pull into a gas station, call the salesman, ask for his advice, he says to fill it up with Premium and he will put air in the tire. We return, he puts air in the tire. We start with the paperwork and Jason did his job. He was professional and explained everything. He did get the mileage wrong on the vehicle and we had to do the paperwork again. He used the original amount that the website showed, but the vehicle actually had 2.5k+ miles more then what was listed. We sign the papers, pay the down payment, and we are out the door. Next morning we wake up after the long drive back and the tire is FLAT AGAIN. I put air in it and it runs flat later that day. I take it to the dealership and there was a DRY WALL SCREW in the tire... from the dealership. I paid to have it plugged and the air loss stopped, also the car needed an oil change... which the dealership didnt do (wait didnt he say they did the 90,000 mile service?). Around $100 out of my wallet there... Now here we are two months since buying the vehicle... we are driving along and all the service lights light up, brakes, rotors, and sensors also have to be replaced. $624.48 later out of my wallet everything is back to running. I called the dealership to ask kindly about meeting half way, as these are issues that I was told were completed and also happened at their lot. No replies, I call almost every day and wait and was told they would call me back, Terri calls me back, I miss her call, I called back the next day, was told they would call back, nothing. I talk to the finance manager who told me to talk to Scott Bibb (the "President" of AWUSA, INC.) I said ill call back and ask for him. FINALLY today 6/7/12 I talk to the salesman who sold me the car and he gets Terri on the phone... not Scott. I explained everything to her and what happened and what I expected and her response is "Sorry, we sold the vehicle "as-is" and you signed it." This isnt going around the world for the customer. Then she proceeded to tell me they have never lost a law suit regarding this... I never even mentioned one or doing one. She did however remain calm while talking as other reviewers said she wasnt professional. PLEASE... do not deal with Auto World USA Inc. in Bedford, OH. They will not go around the world for you, their support and friendliness stops as soon as you leave their lot. Do not give them your business go elsewhere. Save the hassle and most important... SAVE YOUR MONEY. Also please note that I didnt mention the salesman, I should, but I will not. He has a family to feed I am sure. Jason did his job and did it satisfactory. ATTENTION MR SCOTT BIBB: If you wish to make things right with me please contact me. It is a shame, because we were about to purchase another vehicle there as well. So if you want to go "Around the world" for me, feel free to contact me. Jesse, Jason, or Chris should of given you my cell phone.

Ryan will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign a purchase agreement, then you will find out that the financing terms arent even CLOSE to what you discussed, youll go to work thinking everything is okay and youll be picking up your dream car...THEN while on your way to work, youll call them back to ask a question and they will tell you that terms have changed like its no big deal...you then will have to walk away because you have no means of being able to agree to the new terms or not...you will then have the worst day at work, lose a nights sleep, scrape together everything you can to get this car...you will then ask Katie if she is able to hold the car, she will say no. You will tell her you are on your way up there with the down payment in hand and she will tell you someone from 3 hours away is coming to look at the car so she is holding it for them... She will avoid all contact with you once you get into the lobby and when she does finally talk to you, she wont tell you what is going on...Then youll sit in the lobby for 2.5 hours waiting to see if the car is still available (since she was obviously okay with holding it for someone else)... Youll tell her that you need this car and you have the money right now and the deal can be done, she condescendingly tell you that your interest rate is high in a very non professional and non-confidential manner... You will call your boss to tell them you will be about an hour late because STILL dont know what is going on after over 2 hours...Ryan will be in and out of the room, not say hi or sorry, or let me see what I can do... hell ignore you too... Then someone else will come in and take his place behind the desk, this new person, will be nice to you, but wont really offer to help or get answer... Youll wonder where Katie and the other client went, get bored and sore from their ripped up furniture...walk outside where they happen to be, they will then magically run away appear inside after over an hour after their test drive...youll go back inside, wait for another 20 minutes, go back outside as to give her and her client privacy, continue to wait, then she wont even come out to face you to tell you she sold the car to the other guy, even though you had the money first...shell send the other employee out... So then you have wasted a lot of sleep, gas, hopes and time for absolutely nothing except for who NOT to go to when you need a car. I work almost 60 hours a week and I cant afford to lose sleep or waste time...it was a risk I took...I hope I just saved some of your time...they are the kind of people that give used car places a bad reputation... but they deserve it.

Horrible experience sold me a lemon and the warranty on the car does not cover anything.....service department is also horrible I have taking my car up there three times for the same issue most recently yesterday I got my car back from them "fixed" three hours later I am stranded in the middle of miles and north field so I had to pay for another tow, not to mention I have paying them to repair my car...1st step is to file a complaint with bbb unsure of what this will do and if they can not get this resolved I probably will be facing litigation against them.... Update...I went back up to Autoworld when they opened at 9am and asked for a loaner vehicle because all of the events that have happened is due to me being told that my car was fixed by autoworld USA I was told that they only give loaner cars for excruciating incidents and yes mine is one but both loaner vehicles are already loaned out and if they get one back they will call me needless say they never called but I called and the service manager acted annoyed that I was calling I was told that they didnt have a loaner vehicle to give me the incident taken place on a Saturday they are not open on Sunday so now its the weekend before thanksgiving I have NO transportation and none to get the work on Monday I cant understand why I couldnt have been giving a car off the lot as a loaner because I picked my car up and the same day it broke down during rush hour in the middle of a major street where I had to PAY again to get my car towed after I just paid them for a service that was not giving Update....just got off the phone with mike who was very nasty to me and basically tried to tell me that, this is not Autoworld fault that three hours after picking my car up that it cut off on a major street...he said they dont have a loaner to give me and I ask to me speak to someone else and he continued to be nasty and I think transferred me to the owner who of course didnt answer the phone Update.....called autoworld yesterday and was told by the service department they couldnt give me any information regarding my car and was told because I got the BBB involved I must go thru some one else I called them and left a message and still no response back regarding my car Update 4 days later......still no response regarding my car from Autoworld Update.....Autoworld communicated with the BBB that it is not autoworld fault my car broke down the same day I received it from them
