This is my second time going for the Kerastraight treatment, and both times have been amazing!! Ive had Jessica for both, but all of the staff are extremely friendly and you can tell they want to help you as soon as you walk in the store!! My hair has suffered alot. I am mixed so I have thick, "ethnic" hair and since moving to Florida from up north, my hair is much dryer, frizzier, and harder to take care of. I turned to relaxers to help with it which just damaged my hair and caused breakage. So I looked into keratin treatments, but I wasnt certain if they would work well on my hair or not. Jessica tackled it like a professional though. Ive had stylists that i could tell were a bit intimidated by my hair, but even with the damage she did an amazing job. I have a long way to go with repairing my hair, but you can barely tell that I have any damage at all. Thank you Jessica!! Oh and a side note, I have also been to have my hair colored and Chelsea did a great job giving me the Ronze look!! Im going back for red soon!!

I received an ULTA flyer in the mail a couple of days ago for a free Lancome sample. The salesperson told me the store doesnt have any of the sample available and has not received any despite the flyers having been mailed. Further, she said to not waste my time coming in for it, but to call first because they have no idea if and when they will receive the Lancome samples. I wouldnt care about this except for the fact that this happens all the time at ULTA. It really appears that these flyers, as well as the special birthday gifts that they email you about to come in and pick up but they are always "out" when you go in to claim them, are just a total gimmick. Theres no intention of actually giving out the samples/birthday gifts. Its just a pretext to get you to come into the store. The truth is, almost all of the products that ULTA sells are available for less money online at other stores. From now on, thats where I will be spending my money.

Absolutely RUDE employees. I was in the store for an hour and was never asked if I needed assistance or greeted or anything. One would think since they work on commission that the workers would aim to be helpful. These employees did quite the opposite. When I would walk anywhere near them they would pretend they didnt see me and whisper to each other or walk away. Do not go here if you want to be treated with any respect or need any help. I finally had to go up to the person at the checkout counter who was still terribly standoffish and rude. I would suggest investing in and training employees who do not act like catty, shy, high school girls as your sales employees. I will not go back to this shop ever again.

I called to check if they carried "Punky Colour" brand hair color. After holding for a few minutes I was told no, they dont. Being on that side of town, I decided to check for myself. I walked directly over to the hair color and there it was, in plain view! I recognized the cashiers voice as the one that told me they did not carry it; a young woman with medium length blonde hair. I like Ulta but some of the employees at this location are questionable.

No one had the courtesy to notify me that Frances no longer works at Ulta. Glad I called the day before to confirm my appointment. So unprofessional. I dont think I would let any of the other stylist touch my hair because they appear disorganized and are too involved in the latest gossip.

This Ulta has the best staff!! Always super sweet and everyone is knowledgeable about everything in the store instead of some other Ultas where the staff just knows about their little section. I think it shows good management. Benefit brow bar is the best!

I love Ulta but there is nothing worse than looking for high end and EXPENSIVE hair care products only to find them damaged. Then they look at you like you are crazy because the seal is broken and all you want is an undamaged product.

A decently sized Ultra. Staff are always helpful and items are generally well stocked. The aisles are a bit narrower than Id like, and this may pose challenges for customers with disabilities.

The staff here is great. Always friendly and helpful! Over 200k products, its hard not to get a little of everything to pamper oneself here. The Ulta brand bath fizzies smell sooo good too!

I absolutely love Ulta. This Ulta is smaller than other ones and seem to always be out of stock of alot of things. Would of given them 5 star if they kept their inventory up more.
