I had a terrible experience here a couple of days ago. I came in and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed anything. After a while I asked about a foundation shade I didnt see displayed. They checked for it and they were out of stock. They were also out of stock for two other things I came for. When going to pick out the last thing I went to Sephora for, I noticed the box was heavily damaged and had foundation all over it. I asked the sales woman if this was a used product that had been returned and she said, "someone probably had foundation on their hands while looking at it. It happens all the time at a makeup store." She was very condescending toward me when she said it, and considering I have shopped in makeup stores thousands of times I have never seen badly damaged packaging with makeup smeared all over it. So, out of the four things I came in for, three were out of stock and one was in defective packaging. The staff was so rude on top of all of that. I bought some things, and then headed over to Ulta where the staff was friendly, helpful, and they did not have damaged items for purchase nor did they have a ton of makeup out of stock. I wont be going back here because I dont like to be talked down to and I prefer to shop in stores where they have clean items in stock.

THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT KEEP ANYTHING STOCKED. Im sorry but why do you have a Sephora where you literally dont ever have anything stocked.. ever? This used to be my favorite store until a worker deliberately kicked the drawer shut in front of my face for looking for my shade they DIDNT HAVE STOCKED. They also barely do any inventory so if youre looking for something, dont worry the snotty manager hasnt ordered it. Will be shopping online from now on wjere I actually get the treatment a VIB ROUGE deserves. ✌✌✌

I was greeted about 10 minutes after entering the small section of JC Penny and then had to wait about 15 minutes in line. I bought the BRAND NEW Urban Decay naked heat eye palette, and I had to grab a new one because it was opened. I grabbed the next best one (that looked sealed with the tape) and then in the food court where I opened it it looked like people had already have been playing in it. I paid close to $60 for a "new" palette that looks like it was from a second hand shop! I guess Ill stick to the online store.

I absolutely love coming to this store. The ladies are all very helpful and professional. They are very filling to give you samples, and show you what would be great for you. I recommend this store to anyone, especially for event makeup, Ronda, is very great. Shes my go to when I need help there. Plus, they know what is cruelty free and what isnt. That is why I only shop at Sephora. Love, love this place!

All the workers here suck. No knowledge on makeup and not at all helpful. They need to learn about customer service from the MAC professionals. :)
