Family loves this place, the staff is very personable we know most of them by name and dont mind entertaining our questions and engaging in pet convo... weve made this a place for pet stuff since we moved here last December and theyve always been very accommodating. I was THRILLED when I leaned they had the Betta Center, instead of seeing the sad little fish in the plastic cups they have oxygenated cubbies much more humane and the fish look healthier and happier. New manager brought some nice changes to layout of the store and product availability as well as more consistent pricing practices (and atleast of driftwood In Every tank:) Great place to buy live plants, live fish healthy and beautiful...i was told that More variety is in the fore front looking Forward to that... Best days to visit for new fish are Mondays and Friday, small animals come in on Wednesday Thanks as always to Tia, Phil, and Edie and I cant remember what the new managers name is but shes beautiful as well :D

Boo on PetSupermarket. For weeks I have been receiving promotional mailings and emailing offering free bags of dog food for the first 100 people to attend the Stone Mountain stores grand reopening. I arrived this morning to find note on the window saying that due to a shipping error they do not have any free food. They did not give out any food, nor are they providing any way for one to redeem the offer when the food does arrive. And they were rude - not even a hint of an apology for the inconvenience. Poor form, PetSupermarket - I am annoyed and very disappointed.

I have come to this location numerous times. I am always greeted, and helped right away. Everybody is friendly and courteous. No, they dont always have all the answers, but they do try hard to provide them. Im not sure what Brandon McNeils issue is, but if you look at his profile, he has left mostly one star ratings for numerous businesses. Some whiny little divas just cant be pleased.

always clean and has available what i need for my pets. The staff is often outside smoking cigarettes and what not when u get there, but i have never had any issues. Oh and yeah why have a frequent shopper program but if you go in the morning like before noon they always say oh the system doesnt work this early in the morning. Umm...wrong answer. But yeah decent store.

This place is packed with a lot of good items for your pets.... I was buying a few fish for an aquarium. However, there was a new employee who knew very little about fish at all. However at checkout, the cashier helped me with the details and useful information that I need. Very nice!

Ask for Nadja. She is polite, Sweet, and VERY helpful. I had accidentally bought guinea pig food for my hamster, and she automatically said to bring it back for an exchange. I told her I had opened it, and she said no problem. I love her service.
