I bought a subaru impreza outback from them about 2 weeks ago. The car needed a clutch that they let me know ahead of time. I purchased the clutch and payed them to install it into the car. after about 1,500.00 in cash and a week and a half later i get a call to pick up the car. I go to try to test drive the car and the car wouldnt stay started like when i test drove it. The machanic tells me the idle needed tuning but was going to let me take the car knowing the issue. I then made them fix that. then i go to take it on another test drive and the car would grind trying to get in revers. So i walk back to the front desk and ask them to take care of it. Well the owner says that he would get it fixed and dropped off at my residents by the end of the evening. 6 pm i decide to call them to find out where they are and whats going on. I ask to talk to the owner and he says HE will call me back in 5 mins cause he was going to find out what was taking so long. an hour later i called back with no answer. So i decide to go to the car lot and there is no one to be found. I am without a car and have paid a lot of cash up front to these people to do a job and its still not done with no updates. PLEASE be warned that these people dont care what gets done and will try and get by with doing as little as possible. Mark can not be trusted along with the rest of his crew. VERY SHADY PEOPLE!!!!

I bought a 1997 Oldsmobile Bravada from Moms Auto Sales. When I drove the 2 hrs to look at the vehicle after seeing it on Craigslist, it wouldnt start. They said that it was probably the starter, and would put a new starter in. When my boyfriend went to check the vehicle out the following day, it started fine, and told him that it they put a new starter in. We purchased it for $1800. The following morning after purchasing new tires, the vehicles front differential and drive shaft blew out, because somebody had capped off the vent tube for the differential. Once we had the vehicle apart putting in the new differential we ran into a hornets nest. 2 shocks, 2 lower ball joints, 2 brake callipers, rotar, pads, tie rod ends, and 2 wheel bearings. over $600! And after we put on all of the new parts it now doesnt start again. AND....they never put a new starter in...it is a wiring issue...MAJOR wiring issue! . When we tried to contact them of course....no answer... CALLER ID! Finally about 4 days later we got in touch with someone and they kept passing the buck, and saying that we needed to talk to this person and they had to talk to that person. They never called us back when they said we always had to call them. In the end we got a lawyer, and told them. .... The owner said "Go Ahead....Wont be the first time". STAY AWAY!!!!!!
