I have been a satisfied customer of Radar Car Company since 2000. I have purchased several excellent cars from them, all of which were high quality and served me well. The variety of their inventory is a huge plus. I often smile when I think that Lorenzo Trent sold me my first family car when I had four children in car seats (a Dodge Minivan) and sold me my first mid-life crises/soon-to-be empty- nester car (a Mercedes e-class). Clearly, the team there has been looking out for my family and I for many years. What really sets Rader apart from other businesses in general, and dealers in particular is the extremely high level of customer service. I have a busy and often hectic life. In those few instances when I have needed any service on my vehicles, Adam, Trent, and the rest of the team have done everything from arranging for a tow, to meeting me at the location to make sure that I had a ride. Trent gives excellent advice on taking care of a car so that repairs arent necessary, and they have always been very fair on pricing. I know people who have purchased brand new cars and havent had as positive an experience! Every car has been top quality and beautiful as well, which is not what most people expect when purchasing used cars. Last, but not least, every time that I have ever called or walked into the front door, Jeff Rader, Laura, Mary, Sarah or Brooke have always been cheerful and greated me with a genuine smile, and have asked about my family. In fact, they have come to feel more like family than a car dealership. They were there and willing to work with me when I was just starting out in life, and I will be a loyal customer for as long as Im buying cars If you shop with Rader Car Co. you will get a late model, well maintained, and reliable vehicle. I was searching for a replacement vehicle for my wife with a specific make and model in mind when I found a red 2008 Chevy Aveo5 advertised by Rader Car Company. I made one phone call to Lorenzo Trent to make sure that the car was still available. Mr. Trent was a perfect salesperson, honest and open, providing all the answers to my questions, and was very up front in our negotiation. He arranged financing that met my needs and got the sale completed very quickly. The total time to put me into this car was under 2 hours and there was no high pressure or confusion throughout the process. The support staff at Rader Car Company was just super. They provided me with documentation on the automobile by email, handled a repair to the passenger side airbag I had requested, and called me by phone a few times during and after the sale to make sure that I was happy with the car. Lorenzo Trent and the staff at Rader Car Company raised the bar for what I expect from a used car dealer. The car has been perfect for my wifes needs and the next time I look for a car Ill make Rader Car Company my first, and probably only, stop. Thanks to Mr. Trent and the staff at Rader Car Company.

This is the first place I stopped at when looking for a car, Tommy was our dealer and he was very personable and made me comfortable looking for cars. I told him what I wanted and he told me about a car that had just come in and wasnt even on the lot yet. I knew it was right for my family. Well, I decided I should look around and 8 hours later I went back to Raders and purchased the car. Since it had just come in, they fixed it all up before I took it home all at their expense. I was VERY comfortable with this company for a lot of reasons. First off, they were able to finance me and set my payments very close to my expectations and ability. Secondly, they were extremely friendly and customer oriented. Lastly and most importantly, I KNEW I was getting a great car. Just knowing that they do so many things to their cars before the release them to their customers is SO reassuring. There are too many car places that get a car in any shape, hide its flaws and sell it. Rader is far above any used car dealership I have dealt with in the past and will recommend it to ANYONE! Thank you to the whole crew at Raders for making my experience a great one.

I purchased a2006 GMC Envoy from Raders in July. My wife found this car on their web site and suggested we go look at it. I had already been to several lots and looked but was not satisfied with the sales people or what they had to offer. At Rader we met Lorenzo (Trent) : looked over the vehicle and took the test drive. Lorenzo couldnt have been more informative and courteous during our initial visit. We made a deal and picked up the car the next day. The car was shining like new and a few minor repairs had been made. The next week we had Raders install a remote starter. At this time I met Adam Trent and Laura (front desk) both of whom were very personable and concerned about my being satisfied, All in all this was a pleasant buying experience and I will recommend Raders to anyone looking for a good used vehicle Dick Tennant

I know what youre thinking - a used car is a bad idea, right? Well forgot all of that. I recently purchased my THIRD used vehicle from Rader Car Company and frankly, I cant think of a reason to purchase new cars any more. Besides always finding an attractive vehicle that has a solid maintenance record, the Rader team can arrange financing, handle the title and license work, and even extend the warranty on your vehicle. They also have a complete repair facility on site that has always performed expert repairs at a fair price on my vehicles. If you want to work with a competent, friendly team of experts that really knows the auto trade and takes the time to understand their customer, then you need to look no further than Rader Car Company.

Never again. I purchased a car from this place about 6 months ago. I had my mechanic look at it after they denied that there was an issue with the struts. Plus the A/C didnt work. They agreed to fix both of the issues, so I left it with them. They did give me a loaner...well, three different loaners. It took a month for them to fix the AC and replace struts. Guess what? I had to replace the struts last month ($1000), and my AC recently stopped working. I have no idea what they did during that month. These guys gave me the run around, and would say anything just to make me go away. I definitely feel like they took advantage of me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
