My fiance and I purchased a one owner 2005 Chrysler 300 from this dealer and of course they promised the world and did give us a fare price on the trade in car.. There were a few really minor repairs that needed to be completed and they agreed to fix. 1 dent, 1 door handle scratch and 1 seat repair and that was it. 3 trips later over 3 months, the seat was repaired and looked awful!!! The seat repair company insisted Byers just replace the seat! They wouldnt. They even flat out refused to repair the door handle even though it was on the contract! Then the air conditioner compressor went out in March 2013 (car purchased in February 2013). The Techs admitted to us that they knew of a short in the system and "replaced the fuse to get it through inspection". This was after they told me the car showed a temperate drop to 60 degrees... in February... in Ohio..are we idiots?... sounds like engine and indoor facility heat to me. They wanted us to pay $850 for the new compressor.. But we HAD to settle for $400 or no working AC. All while the customer service reps would call us to ask if we could hurry up and get their rental back. We work 1st and 2nd shift. They would call mid the next day after dropping the car off for repairs again and tell us someone else needed the car and to hurry up and bring the rental back! Finally they sent the seat repair company to our home to fix the seat.. again because the repair wouldnt hold with my 120 lbs little fiance driving the car. The seat repair people were awesome and showed us the multiple requests to have the seat replaced and the refusals. They even pointed out to us that the back seat had been repaired too before we bought the car. That was never disclosed at time of purchase. So what else were we not told about? So after all this we said enough is enough and sold the car and bought from Crown Chrysler Dodge in April 2013. which has been a dream come true!! Only now to find out Byers Lewis Center has been withholding the documents from the warranty company for our pro-rated warranty refund. THIS IS THEFT! We are paying for a warranty everyday on a car we havent owned for over 2 months. They have received multiple calls, emails and faxes from us and from the warranty company to submit the paper work but simply wont. The person assisting us at the Byers Lewis Center Dealership.. the Finance Manager and the used Car Manager!! What dealership owner would put people like this in charge? They just flat out are lazy and unreliable. What a joke!! DONT GO HERE!! Never been treated so poorly in my entire life! I work in advertising and my fiance works at Nationwide Childrens Hospital with kids. We could not imagine treating anyone the way we have been treated here.

Very pleased, Highly Recommended! My husband and I were very eager to find a good deal on a used car since ours had just died a couple weeks ago. My husband was so eager, in fact, that he called Byers Kia about 20 minutes before they even opened and was welcomed by Lamar, who answered all of the questions he had. We were so impressed that we went to meet with him within a couple hours. Our first impression of Lamar was that he is very friendly and honest. We had been to a few dealers before this one and they gave us the run-around. Lamar was straight forward with us and he was very understanding of what we wanted. We didnt feel pressured at all and that was huge for us. We looked at multiple cars, but finally decided on a 2007 Honda Civic. We came in with a pre-approved loan from a bank they worked with and when Lamar came back he informed us that they were able to get us a loan with a much better interest rate of 3% less! We would have never known that was an option until he presented it to us and we are very grateful he went out of his way to do that. We did have some concerns about the condition of the inside, but all worries were put to rest when we were reassured by Lamar and the rest of the associates that they had one of the best people who did detailing. We are very much looking forward to seeing the work Mike will do for us. From the moment we walked in the door it was a pleasant experience, which I cant say for many of the dealerships we had visited. Glenn in finance also treated us very well and let us know everything we needed to. We appreciate the great service everyone gave us and look forward to going back to Byers Kia. We would highly recommend this dealership, and its salespeople to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a car, amazing service, and honest people.

After doing a large amount of research on new car options, I stumbled upon Byers Kia. A friend had purchased a used vehicle here a while back and had a good experience, so I was willing to give it a shot. I found my perfect match online before going out, and happened to get partnered with Kyle Cain (who my friend had nothing but nice things to say about). I made an appointment that was convenient for my schedule, and went out to test drive the car. The process was smooth, Kyle was not pushy in any way, and I felt the trade in value as well as the purchase price on my car were fair. When we were finished, Kyle took me to finance, where I worked with Luke, who discussed my options for financing, and he got me a great rank with a bank I was familiar with, discussed extras (like the GAP protection I really wanted). and explained all the paperwork thoroughly and answered my questions so I knew exactly what I was signing and what to expect over the length of the process of owning my car. I also got to talk to GM Tom Cole while I was at the dealership. Tom was cordial, and was talking to customers throughout the sales floor. He introduced himself, checked on me throughout the sales process, and once I agreed to purchase the car, encouraged me to contact the dealership with any concerns or questions. With everyones contact information readily available on their website, the great relationships I feel like I built with the dealership, I would definitely return to them for another car. Ive already recommended Kyle, Luke, and Tom once in the week since I got my car, and will continue to do so. Thanks, guys, for taking the worry and stress out of buying my first brand new car! You were all great.

Im a huge fan of Byers dealerships. Weve bought our last 3 cars from different Byers around the city and the experience is consistently wonderful. I requested some information on a test drive for a KIA Soul and Luke Flowers reached out to me. He was patient with me. My schedule has been crazy at work and with school. I would barely get an email back to him in the month after my request. But he stuck with me without being pushy. I stopped in to drive the car late one night and he had already left for the evening. All of the Byers KIA crew were great. Nick Hedges was able to let me drive the car that night and didnt pressure me to buy it from him. Its nice to walk into a dealership where people are warm, smiling, and joking all the way. We came back 4 days later and got to meet Luke in person. It was truly a pleasure. He let us take the car out for an extended drive. He pulled different models up and let me check out features and didnt get frustrated when I decided not to go with the one he hunted down for me. He was gracious as I tried to find the right Soul for me. He made the financing so easy; we had been pre-approved before going in but his team was able to get us an even lower interest rate! Mario the finance specialist made the paper work a breeze. I loved that they took us back and showed us the service department and introduced us to the team. The whole experience was great. It was nice to smile through the entire car buying process. Not only did I have the great experience above, but Luke stayed after hours on Valentines Day! In a snow storm! to make sure we were taken care of! I will definitely be back to purchase from Luke and Byers KIA in the future. Thank you !!
