The team at Enterprise Car Sales are absolutely wonderful. I actually purchased my first car from them. In November 2016, I was in a bad car accident which left my car totaled. Of course I was devastated but I couldnt afford to get another car immediately. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, I decided to shop around for a new car. Naturally I called the folks at Enterprise first because of my first car sell with them. The process was a little difficult on my end. I had recently moved to Detroit, so car insurance prices and quotes were way out of my current budget and trying to get a low enough car note just seemed impossible. But after 3 days of calls to insurance providers, banks, a mental meltdown in Joshs office (yes I cried, not his fault though) and looking at a million different cars that would possibly fit my budget, I was finally sold on a 2016 Toyota Corolla. I absolutely love my car and I want to thank the Enterprise team for having such patience with me. I swear Im probably the worse customer theyve ever had but they helped me through the entire process and got me into an affordable car that I love! Special thanks to Blayr, Daniella, Josh, and Tesia.

My experience with Enterprise of Warren, Michigan was so exemplary, that Account Executive, Marley Vanderbrook, literally had me in a new car within 57 minutes of our introduction!!! Following a brief question and answer session with Marley, she excused herself only to return with a shiny, new red Hyundai Accent for me to test drive. I had no idea that Marley was able to bring me the car I was going to buy in a matter of minutes, when I never even mentioned to her what I wanted, as we did not talk about specifics. I am still amazed that Marley was able to know what I wanted just from listening to me describe lifestyle, family, finances, work, etc., that she could instinctively provide the perfect car to fit all my needs. Oh, and that 7 day guarantee Enterprise offers to buy back your car and put you in another one - you definitely will not need to use that!! Thank-You Enterprise.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from the Farmington Hills location. My experience was excellent for several reasons. First off, I was able to walk in and have an Account Executive promptly come to assist me. Next, I was looking for a specific car and within a day, Enterprise was able to have the car on the lot for me to look at and test drive. Later the next day, I was driving the car home. Additionally, the paperwork that had to be done was quick, easy to understand and simple. Enterprise was able to find me an excellent source to finance payments for the vehicle and was able to work with me to find a way to make reasonable monthly payments. I have purchased move than one vehcile from Enterprise over the years and will continue to return because of their selection, great service and ability to meet my needs.

The car buying experience was cool bc after you buy the car you dont feel like youve been had. You pay the sticker price. As for service thats a whole another story. I started to smell a dodoo smell coming from my vents when turned on the air. So I took it back up there and they changed the filter, but whoever did it had black oil all on my dash in which my inside is cream. Mud on my paperwork I had on the floor. And my car wasnt detailed to my satisfaction to begin with. And as a salesman you should look over the car before you give it to the customer. So they failed miserably in the car service area. And this all happen within days of buying the car. It took time out my day and I wasnt even offered a free car wash for my inconvenience.

Id heard from a coworker that Enterprise sold cars. Since the feedback was positive, I filled out the online info and booked an appt...to see what my options were. My sales rep, Brandon, was everything a buyer could ask for. He explained everything, didnt hassle me, listened to my set parameters, and catered to my comfortability. I was so satisfified with my offer - which included a high-quality vehicle with most of the features I desired- that I made the purchase! The entire process of interaction with the staff there and Brandon being an exceptional sales rep was a pleasant and fulfilling experience. I am recommending everyone I know to Enterprise for their car buying!

Brandon Denson has set the bar for service so high today. He went so above and beyond to get me into a car same day (including staying past his closing time) despite multiple failures on my end.. All this time still he remained professional and courteous when I didnt deserve either of those things. And after all of this, I still drove away in a 2016 chevy Malibu. Honestly the best team I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Please go to enterprise for your used car purchases. Ask for Brandon. He will move mountains (and his manager Tesia is very cooperative) to get you a fair deal and exceed your expectations.

Initially Enterprise reps were kind, thorough, etc. There was, however, deception initially...the sales representative had assured me that my monthly note would be around the $250.00 range. (My monthly note is $350.00+...). Also, because this car was/is new, (Nissan 2016 Altima), I never looked underneath the car...a couple weeks later when my mechanic changed the oil filter (oil), it was discovered that a "splash shield" had been ripped off....................................... Enterprise now acts as though they will not pay for/or reimburse me for the cost of this "splash shield"....

My experience here with Meia Denson was absolutely phenomenal. I was turned down by a few other dealerships or they simply wanted me to pay way too much for my car note. I was very nervous and skeptical to go see Meia, but I was assured I would get into a vehicle and that my payments would be in my budget. Needless to say, I left the lot in a 2015 Chrysler 200 and I LOVE IT. I dont think this wouldve been possible had it not been for Meia. I referred several people here based off the service I revived and I am truly a happy customer. Thank you!!

It was the best experience I have had ever!!! I wanted to check out all my options and I wasnt falling in love with any one car. So I didnt get pressure to see several cars from Enterprise. When It came down to the decision I decided I wanted the little blue Travers. I was on a time crunch and needed to buy the car quickly. In fact, I needed to buy it before I had to get back to work. The team at Enterprise were Fabulous. I would recommend them to everyone I know that are thinking about buying a car.

I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Sales! Brandon helped me just when I was ready to give up on getting a new car. He was efficient and very professional. I also liked that their process is different for how they get you approved. They find a car that best fits what your credit report says before submitting it instead of running it multiple times through different financial institutions. Im happy with my experience.
