I cannot stress to everyone enough that going to this place will be one of the worst real life nightmares you will ever have.. I was a costumer for almost 6 of the longest years of my life. The first car I financed was junk just like the second but I only financed another one because of two people who are no longer there.. They were kind, helpful and ALWAYS went out of their way to help and work with you, because you will end up needing LOTS of work on any and all vehicles from this place.. I have had the most terrible experience dealing with them the passed two years, Sonna specifically .. The worst lady I have ever had to deal with in my entire life and that is not an exaggeration.. I have been stranded, laughed at, hung up on, yelled at, and just down right disrespected for far too long from her.. Stopping my payments and letting that pile of junk car go that needed a THIRD transmission, Cadillac converter, ball joints, leak fix (water leakes) and wire issues to the point I havent had a fan blower for a year was like having a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. There is no wonder why this business is NOT Better Business Accredited.. I knew it was a crazy idea to even try place but even with a junk car I was willing to put up with it because the customer service was decent.. Not any more.. I would do anything and everything to avoid this awful god forsaken place dont be fooled with their fake front to get you to buy from them... I repeat do not do it!!!!! Take the time to shop around. I have vehicles I paid 600$ for that will run better and longer than every car on that lot! Youve been warned...

I will always be the first to say that if it is too good to be true, it usually is. Ive never experienced a case where that was wrong. Until i dealt with Clean Cars and Credit. I was in a position where my credit was so bad, i felt like trying to get approved for anything was going to end up with the organisation just laughing at me. Well then there was Clean Cars. Not only did the bend over backwards to get me into a very clean and reliable vehicle, they made me feel like I was their most important customer. As if I was family. Not a feeling i ever expected with my credit score. Now to top it off, i was at the end of my lease and i had put on over 200 k miles when my engine locked up. I talked to Clean Cars about my delema and they took care of me yet again. I now have a newer vehicle without having to finish off my payments on the other and I still keep my improved credit score thanks to them taking a chance on me. I can not find the words to thank them. Ive dealt with them twice and found both times to be an amazing experience. I convinced my girlfriend to get a car from them and she convinced her son-in-law to do the same. Each of us can share the same story about them. One last thing to say is I had dealt with different people both times and the experience was the same. That tells me that the owner or managers know how to bring in the best people. Good Afternoon! Im a former/current customer of Clean Cars and Credit. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tammy, Christy, and Ryan all of whom are very polite, helpful and caring especially when it comes to making sure that the customer receives the best service custom to their financial situations. I have had a very pleasurable experience with the vehicle (s) that I have leased/purchased thru Clean Cars and would like to state that their Business Name really suits them to the tee. On few instances where I might have had an issue with my vehicle, I received no static, I was told to bring my vehicle in, I received the repair(s) and was on my way. Their communication is excellent and they work with you if you should need to coordinate things in reference to your payments. In closing, I must say that if you need dependable transportation, Cleans Cars is the place to lease/buy from. Also, I really love how they back their cars up with the 55,000 mile warranty which in my opinion, shows the confidence that they have in the vehicles they lease to their customers, but it also makes a bold statement to me in my opinion regarding the type of quality vehicles that they lease/buy to their customers. Im glad that their are still some honest Used Car lots out here that wants to sell good quality vehicles because they are a dime a dozen. So Kudos to Clean Cars and Credit, and their staff Tammy, Ryan and Christy in the Imlay office. Thanks

Where do I begin .... I have gone through Clean Cars and worked with Tammy twice. She has helped me get up on my feet. I am a single mom who went through a nasty divorce and bankruptcy just prior to going to Tammy. She understood my frustrations and needs. And that is when I bought my Ford Explorer (roughly 5-6 years ago) Then as my situation changes, I needed another car. My boyfriend needed credit as he was a ghost, same with his Mom. So we went and purchased a second car. We both are on the note. This finished restoring my credit and got him some credit. We have both vehicles still. Both are paid off. We have amazing credit now. We even purchased a 2011 GMC Serra with 20K miles on it this past spring. Referral programs are the best here too ... where can you refer someone and get money towards your car payments. My boyfriends mom also had no credit, brought her in, got her a Tahoe and now she has credit. I walked away with money towards my next payment. I referred 4 people and that knocked off 3 - 4 payments! Thank you Tammy and the crew. You helped us get on our feet when no one else would and we are grateful for it and we will never forget you all.

Where do I begin, Ive had nothing but great customer service and help from everyone in the Imlay city office. More than once they have gone out of their way to help me out when larger dealerships wouldnt. Yes the cars have high mileage but what others dont seem to understand is that your not just paying for the car your driving, your paying for repairs that may come in the future as well as post to your credit report in a positive way as long as you pay your bill. For those whove had a bad experience its probably because you just wanted to get a car and take off skipping out on the bill or realizing what your paying but they do take their time to explain everything up front. I would recommmend leasing or buying here just as long as you realize that your not just buying a car, but everything that does come with it.

I just recently went there and walked out with a 2009 Ford Focus in my possession. This is my 3rd vehicle from their dealership. The first 2 were bought out right and this is my first lease through them. The sales reps are very social and engaging. With ABSOLUTELY no pressure to buy or lease. I laugh and know exactly all the info i need to know before walking out and never feel duped or taking advantage of. Prices are good and defiantly very fair. Im sure there are bad experiences with some but i can say after 3 vehicles i have yet to have a bad moment. Just like anything else have your "Ts" crossed and your "Is" dotted and you should have a good time.
