Though I didnt buy the car I was interested in, I had a pleasant car shopping experience. The salesman Zac was fantastic.. friendly, casual, open, and very reasonable... I understand that they do have a business to run, and my salesman did everything to work with me but unfortunately the sales people are bound by their management, and werent able to accommodate to the terms I wanted.. Zac was very open and honest with all the costs and took the time to shuffle the numbers to get at a price that I felt was reasonable, and showed me as much as he was capable of the vehicle history and prior ownership... I regret that he wasnt able to get his superiors to agree to my terms as I really liked the vehicle and was comfortable about its history.. I was willing to pay more than several other similar vehicles for that piece of mind and being a local dealer, unfortunately we werent able to come to an agreement and I ended up getting another similar car out of state 300 miles away... I just want to say that the sales team are great, sincere people and they will put in the work to draft a reasonable offer as well as provide as much information as they can and answer your questions..

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Literally had issues as soon as I drove it off the lot. Window switched stopped working. Rick assured me he would another one. He did... that one didnt work either. Then another one... this one didnt work either. The switches he bought were " B stock" and werent tested for functionality. Tire pressure light comes on during a test drive. Rick assured me this was a faulty tire pressure gauge... later found out the tire has a hole in it. The battery, which Rick told me was new, died 2 months after buying the car. The mechanic told me the battery was 9 years old, and had been " cleaned and detailed" to look like a new battery. Now I have the car into a reputable dealer to find out the front bumper on my vehicle isnt even the right bumper for my year/make/model and that they believe the car has been in an accident, which is weird because I was supposedly shown the Car Fax for my car which didnt show any accidents. I"ve spent over $1000 since buying it, and I havent even had it for a year. I thought buying from a smaller local dealer would be better... I was wrong! Dont make the same mistake I did

I searched in my vicinity for a used car and then stumbled upon Grimaldi because they had the car I wanted AND the best prices. The hour drive was more than worth it. The staff is fantastic. The cars and prices are the best I found anywhere. I have told anyone looking for a used car to check them out and have even offered to drive them out there if they didnt want to deal with the commute. Ive had my car for a year now and am still super happy with it and my experience there. Definitely check them out!

I drove 1hr and 30mins to Grimaldi Auto Sales and it was well worth the drive. I purchased a used 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe and worked with Jay and Rick. They were both friendly, gave me an awesome deal and were just great people! No one was overly pushy or there to make a sale. I would recommened them to any one! Thanks to them I feel I finally have a vehical I didnt get ripped off on!

I found them on the internet and went to their location. While there they showed me many cars and we settled on one a Pontiac Vibe. When the bank would not finance the Vibe, they worked hard to get a deal on a Toyota Matrix. (The same type of car made at the same plant.) and were able to get me into that car with 5.99% Financing. Great Job Bob and Rick.
