Bought a truck there a little over a year ago. Truck i bought at time was making a bad whistle sounds (still does). Needed 02 sensors, tranny pan had a leak just needed a new gasket. After a year i have since rebuilt tranny because i was lied to about being fixed. Also they just cleared the codes on the 02 sensors so they never got replaced. I called them a month after getting truck and was told to bring it in to look at whistle noise. So i gave them a chance to fix it. Was told they couldnt figure it out. I got back in my truck and drove off... Well there very horrible non certified mechanic put the cover back over motor didnt put it on correctly. So when i proceeded to accelerate the throttle cable got caught up by cover and my truck kept accelerating to the point i was going 70 down Frank road. So i turned off truck quickly and finally stopped. Popped hood to see cover was incorrectly reinstalled. Called them to tell what had happened they told me to bring it back in.... are you crazy? your mechanic just about killed me... wish i never bought from here... lesson learned. Funny i build fire trucks for a living and i know when there is a tranny leak, owner told me there wasnt any leaks. I waited so long to write a review because any sooner would have been unprofessional.

*******UPDATE****** 8/7/15 I just found out I need a new engine. It is burning oil somewhere according to my mechanic. I like the Mazda 3 that I bought for $6000 with tax & title. I bought it knowing it had a bad airbag which they said they would fix & they did. Less than 48 hrs after I bought it the check engine light came on & the AT light came on. I went to Auto Zone & they said it was one of several parts for the transmission. I called & talked to Luke & he said they would fix it but I had to pay for parts. I agreed thinking it is better than than nothing. I picked it up 2 weeks later for $565 & I was 1 mile down the road & they all came back on. I ended up getting it back again 2 weeks later. The sales guy was very rude & told me that I could get my car fixed somewhere else if I dont like the time frame & price. The manager Eli was very nice & understood why I was upset. I had it back 1 week & my A/C clutch went out & it was another $1000. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They got there money & wont return my calls. I will be filing complaints with BBB & attorney general if they dont at least return my calls.

Complete Disappointment! 4/27/17 bought a Chevy Avalanche from this place... Sure all smiles and giggles before they get your money. Ely Conrad is very Good with words yet fulfilling the words he says is another story.. Ely and the Salesman whom Ely described as a bitter Old Man when Ely Conrad took over the deal.. was told minor issue with AC would be fixed when part was ordered and in and I would be called when the part was in to schedule a time and date as it would take half a business day to complete.. I called 3 Times in May spoke with Ely Conrad and the Salesman each time placed on hold and no one ever returned to the lines nor a return phone call since the purchase on 4/27/17... Even told the finance company about their practice and they too told them of their errors before the purchase... !!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!! I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office... I will post results of my issues... !!!BAD BUSINESS!!!

I get to either split ties with this horrid company or pay for them fixing a starter that HAD NO BOLTS SECURING IT before we even purchased it!!! Can u believe that? Guess a customer should know to check all bolts to assure all is installed correctly. Some mechanic didnt do his job and secure the starter, now my mother gets to pay. I got under the hood when car wouldnt start, and found absolutely no bolts securing it!!! Isnt it lovely? They screw up your car and you get to pay to have it done correctly. How is this allowable? I could go on but ya know, to get away from this company were contacting 6 on your side and were gonna sell the lemon and hope we can get enough out of it to pay off the loan to get away from these sharks!! Regret the day we walked onto this property!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE! CON ARTISTS!!

I WAS SOLD A LEMON!!! BUYERS BEWARE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING A SALE. I bought a car from here 3 months ago for 4200 and the car broke down Thursday in the middle of the road. A motor mount broke off of the engine they supposedly just put in 3 months ago and broke my transmission and now theyre trying to put their half ass technicians work on me and make me pay $1,100 for repairs. I drive the car to drop my daughter off to school and to work and a take good care of my car so I know its not my fault and I havent been in an accident so how could I cause the motor mount to break?! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY! !!

Shady Shady place...I think they are pulling scams on people..do not trust them. I found a car on Craiglists that was listed by them, it looked like it was from private person, not a car lot, i called the number listed the sales guy(Mike) which on Google comes up as this business was suppose to meet me twice, on the 2nd no call/no show, I called the number listed and they said the car sold...but its back on Craiglist for a even lower price and the same vehicle shows up on their website

I bought a car from them and Im less than two months Ive had to spend almost $3,000 fixing it. The tires looked great when I first got it but the tread came flying off. Ive seen dealership retread tires to make them look new again. Then the spark plugs had to be replaced. They also added 1,500 to the final sale price and because I was in such a hurry I didnt catch that until one month later. These guys are cheats and thieves. Buyer beware!!!

I bought a motorcycle from them and they said they were going to give me temporary tags for it but after much confusion and many calls to the dealership the owner said that they cannot even Supply tag for motorcycles there. They even sent me temporary tags in the mail for a car! Very poor service all the way around!!!
