My wife and I have nothing negative to say about the great service we received from the folks at the 25030 Groesebeck, Warren location. Jeremy the Sale and Finance Manager was honest, took the time to work with what we could afford and help us pick out the right vehicle from the large selection they have to offer. Every question, every concern was addressed and taken care of. After we chose the vehicle that fit our family, they made sure it was to our satisfaction by time we picked it up. Even a few days after I drove the vehicle home, I had some other concerns and took the car back and a few hours later, the issues were resolved. That what customer service is about. Many used car dealerships give you enough care to bring you in and make a deal and thats it, not here !!! They take all the time you need and dont push you out just to make a better deal with someone else. You are treated fairly and with respect and here they know if not for ALL CUSTOMERS, they would not be in business. They will do what they can to help you out. Honesty given, and Honesty is returned back to you. This is how all used dealerships should be. Good place to do business with. Give Jeremy a call and tell him Jody sent you. I recommend D&D All American to anyone in need of a vehicle when other places have given you ridiculous figures you need to get into a vehicle. We will be back in the future !!! (This review was almost 2 years ago) Sept 23, 2014. This was the day we picked up our second vehicle purchase from D&D All American Auto Sales. With the recent loss of our main family vehicle, we had no second thoughts of where to go to get into another nice well maintained used vehicle. Just about 2 weeks prior, we arrived to the location and began test driving several vehicles to find what suited our family best. There is a huge selection of vehicles to choose from according to each person or family needs. This time we went with a SUV and could not be happier. The staff went above and beyond what any other used car sales company will do. They inspected this vehicle from top to bottom and front to back. They addressed any of our concerns and let us know that it was taken care of. Not only do they provide financing for families going through a few hardships in life, but they also dont sell you crap coverage that will not cover anything that would break down on older used vehicles. Jeremy Smythe knows the financing business well because he has a lot of years of experience and knows a lot of financing managers from a wide spread base of local companies to try and get you into the best program that is right for you. He does not just push the "cheapest" route just to sell you a car. He will let you know the in and outs of what is currently available and not just sell you junk to make a sale. If you need something to just get you by for a short while, they have that to chose from. Or if you are looking for a nice quality vehicle to make your main family vehicle, they have that as well. The owner and his staff bring in a nice varitey of vehicles that have been taken care of. If you are interested in a few, Jeremy will be glad to print a history report of the vehicle so you know exactly what you are buying. I have said this before and I will say it again, I am very happy with the customer service and the upmost care they have for each customer that walks through their door. They are not just sales people to me and my family, they are our friends. If it was not for them, we would not have a nice vehicle. I am thankful that they are there for us.

I would highly recommend considering D&D All American Auto Sales for used car purchases. I owned a car that I couldnt get out of my drive, last winter... because of all the snow we had. It sat in my drive for a month, til the snow melted enough for me to drive it. I have never been so frustrated. I did not want to chance going through that experience again. Being a single woman, I was hesitant about looking for a car...without a "man".. Assuming Id be taken advantage of, not really knowing about cars. I had a few cars I was looking at, finally... decided on 1. Jeremy took me for a test drive, and noticed the brakes didnt feel quite right. He told me he would have the guys check the brakes out. The car did need new ones... which they took care of, and threw in an oil change for me. That is going above and beyond. AWESOME customer care. The biggest plus... for my decision, was when Jeremy ran my credit report, there were a couple entries that came up on the same day back in July. I knew nothing about these. Seems someone used my name, and information for purchases. This will prompt further investigation. Scary things going on in this world now a days. They made me feel comfortable with my decision. This girl gives them 2 THUMBS UP!! I feel confident in my choice of dealers, confident with the car I chose.. and even more faith, that I will be able to drive to work this winter... and not have to walk.. Thanks so much guys... Overall the buying experience was good and theyre nice guys. The car was a new arrival and it needed a windshield, which they were going to have that replaced and have the car detailed by the time I picked it up in four days. An error on the windshield guys part delayed pickup by a week (stuff happens, oh well). When I finally got the car it was detailed for maybe 10 minutes, not even the windows were cleaned, let alone the stains in the carpet, so that was my first disappointment. All the fluids were low and it was overdue for an oil change. 3 wheels came with rim leaks and also it didnt come with a full tank of gas (only 1/4 tank) like their ads state. Two days after purchase I found myself 400 miles from home with no spare tire or jack, thankfully not an emergency, but that would make anyone nervous driving far from home after that. When I went into the office a few days later, they told me it probably didnt come with that option, even though the hardware to tighten it down was laying in there, and didnt care to offer a solution for my satisfaction and laughed it off with some other guy. So basically be aware of what youre buying and be vocal in the deal. Because if you just expect things done right, without saying anything. Theyll take advantage of that and youll end up giving them 2 stars like I did.

My Experience here today was phenomenal. After dealing with a Ford Dearlership and the car saleman not giving what was in my best interest I started internating and found my wonderful Car Salesman from my last least purchase Jeremy. I have purchase 2 cars from him and was very satisfield. So now its time to update to another car. When we (my sister and I) walk in he ask how can I help you. I gave him my budget and when I tell you he did the work I am so impress. I knew my credit was damage very bad and really ashame to even be trying to do this impossible thing but Jeremy work it out. I am now driving a Dodge Caravan to which I always want cause I drive one at work. But when I saw it I said Lord this could not be real Jeremy said this is what Im going to put you and your family in. While wait on the paper work the Owner Father took out time out and said I want to thank you for coming here. (most oweners or family members dont even have time to say hi) . Jeremy did not know that I was going to the Dodge dealership to get a oil change the service men there said young lady wherever you got this car from you hit the jackpot nothings wrong with this car just rotate the tires.
