Nothing but problems from the start. Dont buy a car from Rightway if you can avoid it. Bought my car, a Saturn L200 and a week later, explained to them the remote lock was faulty. Rightway told me it was my problem. So I take care of it myself. Then my turn signal stalk fries out a few months later and again, its my problem. So I take care of THAT myself too. The A/C never worked and needed recharging the first summer I used the vehicle, but its my problem and I have to pay to recharge it. I havent done it yet, because Im not made of money and winter is around the corner again now. Now my entire body control module/ignition barrel/key/security system needs to be replaced only 10 months after the vehicle was purchased, and of course, again, not covered under extended warranty, and Rightway has again essentially told me to screw off and take care of it myself. Nevermind the $400.00 in monthly payments I have to make, now I have to come up with a way to find an additional $700-$900 on top of that to fix my vehicle. Both the warranty company AND the mechanic told me that it may have even been something Rightway installed that caused the problem and they were still unwilling to assist me. The supposed extended warranty they strap you into doesnt seem to cover anything that could actually go wrong with the vehicle and only serves to cost you more money and put you further away from getting a newer vehicle from them if youre foolish enough to give them another chance. Rightway is unwilling to assist once they get the signature from their customer. All they care about is making a sale, they have no humanity and after they are sure theyre gonna get paid they dont give two sh*ts about you or your vehicle..

Buyer beware-this place is only in the business to rip people off. Dan Liebau totally took advantage of me and my situation. He knew I needed a car, and he knew I didnt have much money to work with. Being an inexperienced car buyer, I did not know the things to look out for to defend myself. I am now the lowly owner of a 2005 Chevrolet Classic with over 130,000 miles, worth ~4,500$- that I paid over 10,000$ for. He wouldnt tell me the price of the car until it was time to sign, and they disguised the price next to the value of the car. Now that Ive been upside-down on my car loan from the get go, I feel very trapped with this car that I am paying 360$/Month for. Now on top of all that, the car has had problems off the lot due to negligence. After taking the car home from right way, I noticed some light clunking noises coming from the front end. It progressively got worse, and when it started to affect my steering and alignment, I got under the car and there was a bolt missing from the bracket holding the passenger steering rack in place. This was due to total negligence as there are no circumstances where that bolt would just fall out. After they had to hold my car overnight (which caused me to miss work) to replace a bolt, the alignment was off, the power wheel bearing is going bad, and my steering is still not right. Dan and Right Way has shown no interest in working with me to fix this matter. There are PLENTY of dealers within a mile of this place, and I recommend going to ANY of them over this place.

Where do I began? If 0 stars was an option I would give them 0. In 2013 my engine blew in my Jeep so I was recommended there (idk why I took that person advice). I go and get approved for a $19,000+ loan on an 2004 Chevy Impala. They would not take my trade in and I was paying 424.00 a month (warranty included in price) once the warranty expired I inquired about the price and why am I still paying the price that included in the warranty when it expired? So for 8 months this continued. Fast forward till end of Feb & my trans was going out and it was taking almost a minute for the car to turn over. Not to mention the next day after getting he car there was an electrical problem and the dash board was going crazy, there was a hole in my muffler that was patched prior to me getting the car. I had 3,000 left to pay on it when I was sent an amended contract stating the current balance was $5,400. They will do anything to make a sale they say a they try to help build your credit but they are screwing people if you can find a private buyer and take a mechanic with you to purchase a car then do that! This was my first & last car note!

Pre-Approval? When someone tells me that this means nothing at all, and that you will sit there for hours and hours with them trying to get you financed, only to do the same thing every dealer does, tell you to come up with Godless amounts of cash to put down on a car that is taped together, my suggestion is to stay away from this place! Some of us find ourselves in credit problems by no fault of our own, circumstances dictate our lives and our credit gets bashed, what we need is compassion and people willing to go the extra yard to help us. These are not those people. They will not steer you straight, they do not care, and they will leave you hanging if they say they will get in touch with you in a couple of hours. Just look around... I called Kals Auto Sales in Warren, man, they got me approved with very little down on a better car, in about 25 minutes! No hoops to jump through, no issues, no trouble.

Update: They called me and asked me to change my review. So here goes I finally got the repairs that i was promised before the purchase because I contacted the BBB. They "fixed" my tail light and my engine and airbag light were coming on often. As soon as i made it home from thde shop my airbaglight came back on. So i took it back later that week and it was "fixed" again. Well its back on and my tail light continues to pop out everytime i hit a bump. My bumper also looks like it will soon fall off. This car is a dangerous lemon. Old post: I went to get a car today and my experience was ok. I had a bankruptcy and they were able to get me in a car thats not worth the payments. But they were my only option. I was told i would be able to get my back window fixed and the next day they said i would have to pay myself. I would only recommend them as a last resort.

avoid this place at ALL costs the cars are over priced lemons that have obvious signs of damage that have been "glued/taped" together to look good but in actuality its not i got a 2002 escort from there that they valued at $8,000 at 25%APR so even if i total it NO inssurance company would ever pay for it because the KBB value of the car is less then $2,000. my windshield leaks and when i took it to the place they said to take it to as covered in my warrenty i was told they wont fix it because 1. the windshield isnt covered in the warrenty and 2. its not considered a safty hazard. the amount i pay for that car i could be driving a suv or luxury vehicle and if your less then a week late with your payment they will shut your car off from a remote device they have to deactivate the starter.
