My husband had two watches which needed some simple repairs -- new batteries for both, plus a new strap for one. I dropped them off, along with a third watch, and was told the two mens watches would be ready on Thursday -- two days later. When I went to pick up these two watches on Saturday, they were nowhere to be found. I had my claim ticket with me, but the lady who was there on a Saturday claimed she didnt work there. As I got in the car, the lady came running out to my car to tell me she had found the two watches. I also was there that Saturday to check on the third watch I had dropped off. I had prepaid for the service on all three watches. This watch needed more extensive repair -- the stem had fallen off, and condensation was happening inside the watch. They had told me this watch would need more time, but I should have pressed them for more information than that. The lady who didnt work there had no information. I stopped in two additional times over the next three weeks to be told that the watch wasnt ready. Finally, after six weeks with no communication, I made my husband go in to ask about the watch. He went back four days out of seven until he finally walked out with the fixed watch. We will never do business with this company again. The lack of communication and inability to complete a job within an appropriate amount of time totally overshadow the quality of the service.

Very sloppy, dishonesty and absolutely no communication!!!! First quote was $450 from the owner. A month later, went to do the same quote, this time it went up to $650. Very dishonest. Had a small pearl to string to a bracelet. Told me $30, but when I picked it up, they wanted to charge me for $35. They didnt string the pearl properly and the pearl travels on the string and leaves big gap of the string hanging there. Had to bring it back again. Then later I had few small items there to do some simple alternation few weeks ago. Called many times before going to pick up. But no one answered calls. Went there a week later and was told the owner, Mark, just took off for vocation and wont be back till two weeks later. Called two weeks later multiple times, as usual, no one answered calls. Had to go there to find out what the hell was going on there. The owner wasnt there and was told will soon work on my things. Frustrated, took my items back and never go there again.

Terrible experience. I was told " we will call you in 2-3 days to let you know whats wrong with your Tossot watch". Of course nobody called. I had to stop by and ask if they already find out whats wrong with my watch. If its just needs cleaning, lubrication, etc. The watchmaker was like Ooh let me see. A minute later he came with my watch and said that there is some kind of wheel broken that will need to be replaced and it will all cost including complete service $425.00. I though he is kidding. Im not going to spend $425 on $500 watch. Then the watch maker said that he can discount it down to $311.00 Thanks but no thanks. Like the watchmaker said "We are not cheep labor". They are definitely not. What a Rip Off! I took my watch to Fast-Fix at North Point mall. They called next day with the price. $199.00 full service plus replacing a spring. Of course there was no wheel broken. :)

Awful. Brought earrings in to have a stone replaced. I was told that if they could not get the malachite, they could probably sub in tiny emeralds or something, but they would need to check and get back with me; they would call me so that I could get an estimate and ok the work. After a week of not hearing back, I called them to check on the status, they seemed to not have looked into fixes at all, but they would get back with me. A week after that, I called them AGAIN and was told they would have to cut a new stone and it would be $150 for a 2mm piece of malachite. Ok, what about the option to sub in tiny cabachon emeralds? No, they couldnt do that but would sub in sapphires (I specifically wanted the stones green). Then the guy on the phone stated that I should just go have some nail polish put in place of the stone. Two weeks of wasted time and horrible service.

I replaced my MK watch battery here and was pleasantly surprised at the quick and friendly customer service. My watch stopped working and I had been wanting to replace the battery, so I stopped by this shop right off of Medlock br., close to where I live. I was greeted by a friendly young man and was treated like a very good customer, even though it was my first time there. He answered all my questions patiently and the battery change also came with a 1 year warranty
