When we moved to the area several years ago, we were advised that we needed updated appraisals on the jewelry on our insurance policy. Not being familiar to the area, we didnt know where to go. We originally went to another store first, at a friends recommendation. The soonest they could help us with a written appraisal was 2 weeks--and that was after waiting for at least 30 minutes to be acknowledged. We passed Omega on the way home and decided to go in. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Mike and Melissa; explained what we needed; and had our appraisals the next day. We have always used a small, family owned jeweler and decided that Omega "fit the bill" for all of our jewelry needs close to home. Whether it be finding the perfect diamonds for earrings for a 25th wedding anniversary; resetting an engagement ring; re-purposing no-longer-worn jewelry; or selecting a new piece to "add to the collection," Omega has been our "go to" store. Oh, and my husband has purchased a few things for himself, too! Their service and selection is second to none. Dont see what you are looking for - simply ask. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a well qualified, dependable jeweler.

Omega Diamond Jewelers is a family owned and run business and it shows. They literally make you feel like family. I was getting married in a few months and needed a wedding ring. I had not found anything I liked at any other jewelry store. Mike and Melissa worked with me with such patience and kindess I felt right at home. When I couldnt find what I wanted in store they stepped in and said "lets design something special for you". And did they ever!!! It was the most beautiful ring I could ever have imagined/hoped for. Just for me! In fact it was such a wonderful experience we decided to have my fiances ring made there too! We both have received so many complements on our rings. I cannot recommend this jewelry store and its owners enough. They now handle all our jewelry needs. For example, my husband has tried to get one of his bracelets fixed for years. And each time the repair work failed. Yep, you guessed it. Omega fixed it and we have not had one issue! Thank you Omega Diamond for such great service!

We like to support our local businesses whenever we can as long as we get good service and good merchandise. We tried Omega Jewelers across from the Collection and were very pleased with the service. They were convenient and friendly and cared about our needs and delivered. We would highly recommend them for any of your Jewelry needs. Not in the market yet but I understand they also are good at designing very nice up to day items from the jewelry you may have around the house from family members and/or relatives. Horrible!! My wife went to purchase a bracelet for a gift. While trying to decide which of 2 items to purchase, the sales person told her just to purchase both and bring back the one that is not liked. She also purchased a third item. When she went back to return the one bracelet, the same sales person than refused to accept the return. The manager was then brought into the discussion and also would not accept the return. A terrible experience to say the least. Recommendation.....shop at a reputable big name jewelry store.

Everyone at Omega were amazing. They were super nice and sized my ring in only an hour or two!!! The jeweler did a fantastic job. He even got all the scratches out, which I thought would be impossible! The salesman didnt mind to let me try on wedding bands even though he knew i wasnt going to purchase anything that day!! I tried on seriously 10 rings and he didnt seem to mind at all!! I recommend them 100%. I will definitely be back when my fiancé and I purchase our bands!!! Thank you guys again!

What I like best about Omega Jewelers is that if you dont see exactly what you want - a specific watch, a piece to match another piece you may already have, a stone or setting you want to use with something else - they will get it or design it for you. The service is very personalized. As for their service/repair department, I brought in a 32 year old watch for repairs and when it came back I had to do a double take as it not only worked perfectly, but looked brand new.

Mike and Melissa at Omega Diamond Jewelers are super friendly and no pressure. My wife convinced me her original engagement ring needed an update--but we wanted to use her original diamond. They helped us pick out a new setting, made a new eternity band using some existing diamonds we had from an older ring and we couldnt be happier with the the finished product.

My wife needed a diamond ring resized and I needed a wedding band polished. We picked them up two days later and we were extremely pleased. My wedding ring looks new.
