I really like shopping at Bravo for the things I cant typically find anywhere else. The variety in this store is great, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Its sad when you go to this store and notice on the days theyve tried to clean. Cleaning should be an everyday practice, not an occasional one. You can see only the minimum is done. This store can certainly use a good cleaning starting with the parking lot which is littered with flyers and trash, front entrance is dirty, windows are filthy and covered in outdated flyers. The fish department looks gross and the cases need to be cleaned and sparkling to let the customer feel that what is inside is fresh and rotated properly. Why do you keep some of your fish outside your cases as a self serve option? I cant be confident that this fish is not being touched all day long by customers or that the temperature for the fish/shrimp is adequate, since its only laying on ice, while people walk back and forth. I bypass the fish department because of this. Ive never seen anyone monitoring the temperature of the fish. And lets not forget the frozen food cases which many times are not cleaned out or has food that is freezer burned. Produce is okay as well as deli and your meat department. The meat is good and the cases are clean. There are never enough grocery carts, either. So while Im searching for a cart in the parking lot it always amazes me the number of people either selling things, panhandling, or accosting me to give me a religious pamphlet. All this just outside your doors and in your parking lot. Its a real bother when you dread having to get by all that coming and going. If Winter Garden can keep their store clean, so can you. Take a page from them, better yet, take a page from Publix, Fancy Fruit, and even Aldis. Bravo is a great store with reasonable prices where you get a variety of great produce and meat. The Hiawassee store needs to get their act together! They can do much better even if they are in Pine Hills. Lets go beyond the expectation.

The Caucasian spanish supervisor says all haitians are pig feed they should all be exterminated only if Haitians new how much Dominicans hate them they would stop supporting bravo. Ive worked at bravo they never knew that I understood spanish it is sickening what that guy says about haitians but yet they are their main supporters. That store need to be closed its a huge health hazard ,mold is in all the ice makers, when food expires they change the date, the ac system is contaminated with mold, the fryers are never maintained lard is added to the oil instead of adding new oil, slave labor to illegal immigrants the list goes on.

I really like this market. They have some really good food at their hot counter. The staff are friendly. The market is not in the best neighborhood. In addition the store is old and tired. It is not polished like Publix or Trader Joes but they have some product that you cannot get at those locations. They have very affordable meats and produce. I would shop here more if it were closer to home but there are a lot of alternatives so we dont make it in often. When we do we are sure to grab a bit at the deli. Its good food and you get a good portion.

Every time I visit the hot food area Im disappointed by what they charge you for food and the small amount you get and with an attitude of course the rice is hard and dry.But I was told go early and you get more not the case so am I being judged since Im full figured oh all the men and Spanish get better service Yes I did in case youre wondering Stop eating their figure my money deserve better service should have said something what go would it do

Great produce, meats, friendly Latin service and outstanding prices. Im a member of BJs but have recently discovered that Bravos beats them in most meats and certainly in fresh greens and even coconuts. Besides, they even have beef liver, goat, chicken hearts and pork shoulders at an incredible $ .79/lb. So now I bake a delicious pork shoulder very week at my house for a mere $7. Im a happy customer with great food at great prices.

Watch your receipt, check expiration dates and pay attention when cashier is scanning to ensure you get the advertised price on everything! I pretty much stick to the hot food section. Nice selection of meats and good portions. Food leans toward the salty side so avoid some dishes. Overall, good food for fair price. I love the oxtail!!!

Bravo has excellent hispanic food in their deli section. The produce and staff are nice. My coworkers and I frequent the deli for lunch where we receive a lot of great-tasting food for a low price.

This Bravo store is ok. Not as clean and neat as the one in Winter Garden; also I liked the food better at the other store. But, the "pan sobao" (puerto rican bread) is the best here!!!

I tried them because they sent me a sales flyer several times and I thought they would have good prices. Some prices are good but overall they were more than simply going to Publix.
