B & B AUTO SALES Ben, I wanted to drop a quick note telling you how pleased we, at B&B Auto Sales, are tickled with our business decision to partner with Dealer Car Search. Our business model has changed do to the "web presence" that we now have thanks to DCS. Just a year ago, our business was 50/50 wholesale vs. retail. With the implementation of our website, taking suggestions from you and your support team, we have become 75% retail and we have taken small gradual steps to selling a better product. We are very, very satisfied with our business model and feel we have a strong website that has become a wonderful differentiator for us in our industry. As a newbie in this Internet driven business model, I have welcomed every suggestion from your team in regards to pictures, videos, Facebook, Google, lead generation, QR codes on window stickers...... the list goes on. I would Highly Recommend Dealer Car Search. We investigated 9 different companies before deciding on DCS based on several criteria including: The Flexibility, Design and Features of their Software Infrastructure and Business Fit (Right Features and Price for a Mid-Size Dealer). After Consultation with DCS we started with a Template Site and then added some tweaks, features and custom forms/pages to meet our needs. We provided our own Logos, Headers and Images for the design which DCS was fine with. DCS also worked with us to optimize our SEO and also insure that we had the website tracking in place to best utilize Goggle Analytics. After Implementation the site has not only helped us significantly reduce the effort to List and Manage our vehicles and credit applications but has also increased our sales. By utilizing Goggle Analytics we can readily analyze our traffic and better target our advertising campaigns. Some Key points: The ability to provide 60 Pictures of a vehicle along with a Dynamically Created Video, Brochure and many more Features enhances the Marketability of each of your Listed Vehicles. The Posting Tools that DCS offers to Post Vehicles to 3rd Party Sites work great and provide a very professional ad. DCS has provided us with Exceptional Support for our Website. They are very knowledgeable and Professional and are always ready to assist in anyway they can.

Our dealership signed up with Dealer Car Search several years ago and are very happy with them. They offer a great value in automotive internet websites and marketing for a very reasonable price. For example, in addition setting up our website, they established our presence on social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. However, the thing we like the best about them is their outstanding support. Their support team is always available to assist us and responds promptly to our requests. The entire team is excellent, but I especially want to mention Nick Leonhardt who helped us with out Google places for business listing, Joe Hardin, the customer service manager, who is excellent at promptly responding to my requests for support and even stayed after hours one time when we had an issue, and Jerry Clark, who has greatly improved our SEO. As a result of their excellent product, value, and support, our other location recently signed up with them also. We highly recommend them to any used car dealer looking to increase their online sales.

Dealer Car Search has an excellent package for dealership websites. Uploading inventory is a breeze. Customer service overall has been great. The initial implementation team members were very helpful. We did experience some issues when we needed a number of changes to our site after the initial set up phase. In fact, we were upset and thinking we made a mistake signing with them. However, after explaining our situation to Andrew Broxson of the Customer Service Team he took quick action and connected us with Josh Wachsman in Website Development to address our needs. Miscommunications and things falling through the cracks happen even in the best of companies. It is how they address the situation that makes all the difference. Josh was prompt and attentive as well as patience with us during the back and forth that occurs in design work helping us accomplish our goals as quickly as possible. Getting started is super easy!!!! Must read below We signed up yesterday and probably wouldnt have if it hadnt been for Ian C. and his patients with us not to mention the great presentation he gave of this brilliant product. He answered each and every question and was totally up front, very informative and helpful. ....Today Deric M. from customer service called and "asked" if I had time to do the set up and welcome training. I was slightly busy I took his name and number called back as I said I would and we took off. This Dude went above and beyond!!!!! He set "everything" up for us, he even went though the trouble to fix a few flaws and added some photos to our social media pages where we were lacking. Great experience with the set up. These people have it together.
