I used to work in customer service and I guess things have changed since then. The young people at this store are clueless when it comes to helping. They care more about having fun with the people they are working with than the customer. I even asked one to call me when a certain product came in that I was desperately in need for, for one of my pets,and no call.

Had to buy 2 five gallon containers of hydraulic oil. Employee loaded in cart for me and check-out employee asked if I wanted help to put in car. Home Depot could take lessons! Bought a 60# bag of cement & no offer of help. I weigh 95# so cement was almost 2/3 my weight. Kudos to TEC.

Pretty happy with the place. Offers a drive through pet clinic on Sundays. You can get rabies updates and whatever needs done. Very well put together, when the sign says, "paint", its a paint. Not like Walmart or home depot.
