The employees were often rude when I would visit, did not seem to know what they were talking about in regards to dog food or anything else for that matter. The Blue Buffalo food here made my dog very sick, and most things here are very expensive. Not satisfied. Should be shut down with all of the better competition they have like PetSmart.

WENT IN MONDAY AUGUST 26, 2013 TO BUY DOME KITTY LITTER BOX WHICH WAS ONSALE ONLINE AND THEY MATCHED THE PRICE - EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT ON SALE IN THE STORE. I ACTUALLY HAD SOME ASK ME IF I NEEDED HELP AND GOT MY THE SALE PRICE. IN AN OUT IN 5 MINUTES. ITS HARD TO FIND GOOD SERVICE NOW DAYS.

This was a horrible grooming experience. The people were horribly unprofessional. Plus, it took them several hours to even move on to my yorkie. Never go here. She had several bald spots in her legs and her entire body was choppy.
