Very courteous staff, Dan, Anthony M. & Andy are all expertise and greet me as well as provide email updates and contact me whenever there are store sales. Andy, the Bond No 9 boutique expert is very knowledgeable on mens fragrances including Bond No 9 & Creed. He provides me travel samples as well for trips after purchases. And Dan & Anthony Mosley are longtime favorites as well and always offer bottled water on my visits and just go out their way to provide personal attention w/one-on-one service. The Raleigh area has very limited upscale mens shopping w/exception of stores like Liles & Nordstrom. However, Saks is by far the best, upscale mens shopping, customer service experience Ive had! My only grip is the store location and size, as well as selection diversity of this store isnt up to par w/Saks store in bigger cities, like DC, Dallas, San Fran, L.A, etc. I think this store would thrive in a better mall like Southpointe in Durham or possibly Crabtree. However, for a place like Raleigh, it will due. Nevertheless, a very nice and gracious staff keeps me coming back. One of the best & very few places, in Raleigh, a city not keen on mens fashion, to find upscale mens designer clothing! Nice place to have

The Saks Fifth Avenue shoe department at Triangle in Raleigh has the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The sales representative had no interest in assisting me with my purchase of a pair of "So Kate" Loubitans. He nor the lady working with him did not even want to help with sizing. As a result, I went to Nordstroms and purchased 2 pair, tan and black Pigalles. That $1500.00 was happily spent where my money was green enough. When I called back to confirm the european gentlemens name to reach out to the store manager the phone range for more than 5 minutes without anyone answering. I am glad I did not have the same experience in the dress department . My assessment, not the store - just the certain people!

My experience here was very bad. I felt unwanted and neglected. The customer service was the worst. I went there to buy a eight hundred dollar pair of shoes for my wife yet i did not spend my money at this franchise because of the rude behavior of the staff. The staff did not even ask my wife and I if we needed any help. It was just a bad experience overall. The staff just by passed us like we were lesser than the other people that were around us. We will never waste our time at this franchise again.

I had my first experience with Saks this week. I used the Laura Mercier counter and my salesperson was Katie. On Monday she did just the right job of educating me, painting my face, and sending samples home to try. Three days later I went in and spent half a weeks salary on cosmetic product, and Ill be back. Highly recommended for any cosmetic shopper who is looking for a salesperson who can do her job without being too pushy!

I enjoy shopping at Saks. I always work with Matthew in designer handbags. I love him. He is so personable, exceptional and most importantly professional. He always goes above and beyond to locate your desired merchandise. Matthew follows up and make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Sorry thats the only one I got theres no Saks in winston salem. Send all the rich dummys back to new york.and keep them there.no one can pay these prices.

The Triangle Town Center Saks in Raleigh has thee Worst Customer Service. The staff goes out of there way to be exceptionally Rude!!..I will personally Never spend a dime at this location..Not to mention the selection of merchandise at this store is below Standard.
