Love this place, my whole family has gone here forever and weve never been disappointed. I recently brought in a very intricate sterling silver ring I bought a while ago from Tiffanys. Over time if got really scratched and then got a huge dent in it. I brought it to Tiffanys, they sent it to NYC for a repair and three weeks later I got my ring back- Polished, and my dent still very much there. I paid $40 and left disappointed. I took it home and some how got the dent out myself, but in the process SEVERELY cutting up the ring. I ended up coming home and taking it to this jeweler like I shouldve in the first place. They actually pointed out even more problems with the ring that just made me more upset that Tiffanys didnt catch these problems. 3 days later, 20 bucks, and my ring is absolutely FLAWLESS. I am beyond impressed! Those deep scratches are gone and they even put a protective coat on it for me. I cant stop looking at it, thank you thank you! (Oh and they have the most beautiful estate jewelry!!)

THE BEST jeweler in the Triangle! My fiances Gucci watch broke and we thought it was beyond repair until I went to Mark Andrews Jewelers. Mark was able to have the watched fixed without a problem. I also had a family heirloom diamond that I wanted to be put into my current ring. Everywhere I had been previously had told me that this job was impossible. Mark ordered the materials needed and within days my ring was finished. I picked up my stunning engagement ring today. Mark and the team did the impossible. Whether you need a watch battery changed or you want to design your own jewelry... This is the place to go.

Just visited yesterday on Saturday and was very pleased with the assistance I received from the sales Rep and the owner, Mark. From the previous review I was not expecting much but I was very happy that all my questions were answered even as several customers came in. I spent over an hour looking at catalogs, I was very happy with the large selection available and did make a big purchase. I was very happy overall and glad to support a local business.
