This place is horrible. Pros: Lorraine is really nice, prices are better (but not the best), and wide selection. Cons: Disorganized, slow, false promises, no follow-ups, no furniture till its fully paid for, no returns, not much haggling Weve waited a whole month for them to finish the order, which was promised in 7-10 business days! As a result, the absence of the beds we purchased have left the people affected sleeping on the ground the whole time. We waited till the 12th business day after the order to inquire about it. They didnt think it was a good idea to keep us informed even after they failed their promise. They came after two phone calls, and when they did the beds were missing screws! Weve 2 disassembled bed frames sitting in a room for more than a week now. We didnt get any update on when the bed screws would arrive, so we decided to call. Supposedly they got screws but they werent the right ones. Finally we decided to visit them, and they only decided to respect our problems after arriving in our white-collar work clothes instead of the t-shirt and jeans for a casual night out we originally came in. Prices are pretty much sticker prices as well. Even though we purchased 2 beds, a dining set and a living room sofa, they were only willing to shave off $100 in a so-called "good deal". At the time we were more concerned with the convenience we ironically have not received, but shopping around at different stores we definitely couldve saved around $400! Dont believe Brian down there. Such a ridiculously positive review after how weve been treated sounds like a load of BS. Dont go here. If you do, just do it to get an idea of whats out there. Better prices exist in MANY other places.

Friendly people there to help you choose your furniture. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE after I purchased my furniture. False promises was made on delivery. They kept giving me the run around on the day it was suppose to be delivered until I showed up at the store 5 hours after the proposed delivery time. Told me the furniture was not going to be delivered that day, why couldnt you tell this to your customer over the phone or give a courtesy call so you dont waste someones entire day?!!? 2nd promise was that the furniture will be delivered on Monday mid afternoon. Noon comes around and I call to get an estimated time frame so that someone can be there to receive the furniture. Still no idea what the time frame was and said they would call me back and let me know. 4pm comes around and still no phone call. 7pm rolls around and I decided to call them since they close at 8pm. They then tell me that they just loaded the truck and is on the way there. ONE guy shows up to move a king side mattress, a love seat and a sofa, are you freakin kidding me?!?! When the hell does a paying customer have to assist your delivery guy to move the furniture into a house?!? I would NEVER ever recommend this place to anyone, and will NEVER ever give my business to them again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Very nice while youre in the store but no follow ups, no phone calls and many broken promises. Bought a bedroom set and paid in full. I was told that the bedroom set would take a week to arrive that was on Nov. 25 it is Jan. 6th and I still have not received all the pieces. I expected family to stay with me during the holidays and my family had to stay at a hotel instead...all communication with Lina has been initiated by me. I walked in person and she magically said that the furniture was in and she would deliver it today. It is 5 p.m. and no furniture has been delivered and I have not received any calls. Im simply fed up with their lies and lack of customer service. I do however like the selection of furniture and the way they display most of it...for that I give them one star.

We placed a large furniture order from this store. Half of our order got delivered within 2 weeks. The other half was not delivered for another 3 months! They said it was backordered, but they never followed up. Each time we called to check on it, they could not find our order in their stack of receipts. In the end, it turned out that they ordered the wrong color couch. We ended up having to wait another month. These people are unprofessional and do not follow through. I would not do business with them again nor would I recommend them for anyone else.

I did not realize this place was bigger than it looked. I have been shopping around for some dining tables and let me tell you the prices that I saw there are amazing and far cheaper than living spaces and easy life. The people there are so friendly and I got my tables delivered the same day since they had it in stock. Thanks Furniture Gallery! I would definitely recommend people coming here. Ill be back for more furniture!

Went to find a gift for my wife and her mom for Mothers day. The prices were cheap compared to other furniture stores in the area. I bought my wife a dining set and it was really solid. I got her mom a nice lamp. They both liked my gift and I am satisfied with the customer service there. Thanks guys!
