I purchased a leather sofa and love seat in October of 2015. When the furniture arrived in November, there was a small tear in the back of the sofa, and a three inch tear in the front of the love seat, right by the drink holder, in plain sight, The delivery guy said there is damage like this often, not to worry, the company has its own repair man who will come right to the house. In the last 11 months we have been up to the store four times, listening to their empty promises. Still repairs have not been made!! We have even consulted an Attorney. I am mad at myself, I am 61 years old, and we believed this delivery guys line. It was just before Thanksgiving, and we wanted the furniture for the family gathering. Big mistake!! The Design Center still hasnt repaired my furniture! I would suggest buying from a different store, these people do not live up to their promises!!!

I have had a few interactions with this company and have purchased a sectional as well a coffee table from this company. Doug has been a pleasure to work with and hes always been friendly when Ive spoken with him in person or over the phone. I love the fact that they have lay-away options without interest, it allowed me to pay for the sectional over the course of 3 months. Like previous reviewers mentioned, this is an "discount store" they have furniture sales once a month and can negotiate on pricing. If you need Ashley furniture this might be a good place to stop first as they seemed to have the best pricing when I did my research. All together I enjoyed my experiences with this company and would highly recommend them for future furniture purchases.

Steer clear!! They do not carry the items on their website, they have to order them from another company once you place the order. Placed an order for store pick up only to find out that I would have to wait 6 days before being allowed to pick them up. Nowhere on the website does it state that it will be 5-7 days before you can pick up, Ive never had a store offer in-store pick up and not have the items in stock. Dont be fooled by the prices. On top of all that, the owner has the worst customer service skills of anyone Ive dealt with and I have Time Warner!

I highly recommend Design Center...I had such a positive customer experience several weeks ago. My housemate and I had recently moved from Australia and needed to furnish our apartment. Victor and Matt were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and ensured that we got the best price on all items purchased. I had visited several other stores prior and none of them even compared. I am so happy with the outcome, furniture looks great and delivery was prompt. Victor and Matt are the best in the business!!!
