Walked in on a Saturday to purchase a new sofa and love seat, found a set on sale and mad an offer that was accepted. Paid for the set and was to have the furniture delivered the following Saturday. Received a call on Monday morning saying that the sofa I ordered was out of stock in the color I ordered and would I take them in a Lighter color. I agreed and a few hours later I received another call and text messages saying there were none at all in stock. Sent me pictures of completely different set and offered them to me at a low price plus free beer ? I cancelled the order (Monday) and found the same set, cheaper and the color I wanted elsewhere. It is now Thursday and my credit card has not been credited yet. In addition I received another text saying they now have the set I ordered and they would give me $ 50.00 in cash for my troubles. Apparently these people are desperate for a sale

The store manager, Michale, a Vietnamese guy, NO ethics! Very bad experience. Very upset with this store. The store hide the term "all sales are final" in the receipt which was given at the last minutes of the purchase process. They cheated customers into the trap and then use it as a weapon to be rude and providing NO SERVICE to you. This store and its manager has NO ETHICS!!!

I wouldnt buy anything from these guys again. I bought a table from them and it was just a nightmare dealing with these people. The furniture comes from the warehouse and ours came damaged. They dont do refunds, so dont even try asking. It took about a month for them to complete the table and chairs that I bought. I wonder how people like this stay in business. STAY AWAY!!
