credit waiting times for in store pickup! I came in, there was no line but there were two people sitting on the side, I gave the rep my name and she looked up my name, wrote something down and gave it to a guy. Twenty minutes later, one of the ladies left out of frustration, the second one complained loudly and a few minutes later her one box of diapers appeared and then a rep asks for my name and says shell get my order now... Wth? Twenty minutes later, they had my name, they either couldnt help or didnt help the people waiting and they werent even helping me! Wow... Its almost thirty minutes now and apparently some of my order was already in the front desk? ... Let me see what theyre saying. OK, someone is looking for my stuff in back still. Items for a different lady, that came in but they couldnt find her items and they had no extra in stock, were up here and a different rep was aware of the items hiding in the corner. One rep here says she thinks the site pickup promo was a horrible idea because now there are much more irritated customers. 40 minutes now... Still waiting... 50 minutes later and most of my order is here now! All but one... They have me 6$ of credit in the form of vouchers and a $5 off of $50! Horrible. $5/$50 is a fn insult!

I have been here 2 times and both of them i have left angry The first time the Clerk at the Pharmacy ran my wifes insurance card wrong and charged my wife the full price of her RX more then $60.00 I had to go thew a bunch of drama to get them to fix the problem... Then the second time different clerk tried to sign me up for some RX Target card after I told him no I did not want to get the card. Then the CC machine wanted my drivers licence number. I had e-nuff I asked him to cancel the transaction and he could not I had 2 charges on my card the floor manager Marina tried to make it right but it should have not happen in the first place. The bank held the money up for about a week and it was messed up for someone on a budget they have to pay attention to what they are doing in this place, I am moving all my RX to wallgreens The RX manager has a big problem with the staff and he is not paying attention to it I hope your regional sees this review and chokes on it bye

I know its Christmas time and stores are crazy busy but its like they were short handed or something. Everything I was looking for was out of stock and when I wanted to see these earrings in a locked case I asked a girl, she said someone was on their way. 20 minutes later I walked around the store until I found another associate and asked if she could help me get the earrings. She came over a few minutes later and was contacting a few people on the walkie talkie...no one had the keys for the jewelry. It was a frustrating shopping experience at this Target. The employees I did talk to were very nice. So needless to say I left with nothing.

I usually get a nice customer service but not today. I ordered a Carmel Burle frappe with extra Carmel. I check my order but it was not what I wanted. I went back and told the employee and I asked for extra Carmel in my frappe and she said she should of charge me again but then she did my drink instead. She came back with a regular Carmel frappe. I said I didnt order that. She said that she didnt have time to make another one. I didnt want to argue with the employee so I left. I will never come back, the employees cannot do one thing right.

By far the worst Starbucks Ive ever visited at this Target. Last two times I visited this Starbucks, they either didnt have the material to make my drink or they refused to honor Starbuckss gold member benefit of a free refill. Terrible customer service to be loudly arguing with your customer when youre either too ignorant to know your own companys advertised benefits or you just enjoy lying to your customers.

This really is one of the better targets in the nearby area. The inside is always clean, and well organized. The food section is also exceptionally clean and sorted. The customer service at this specific location is at par but I wouldnt say that they go above and beyond. All in all a great spot to stop by if your coming off the freeway or rosemead

I always go to this Target whenever I need to purchase supplies for school or work. Its located in a huge plaza with other restaurants and stores such as Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Subway, etc. Inside of the Target is a Starbucks and a food court with several tables scattered around.

I check on line for Systane Long Lasting Dry Eye Lubricant Eye Drops $14.99, and Rosemead target have more stocks, but, the price on the store will be $17.19 when I got there. Target, please more carefully, keep your price tag on the store and Ad at the same price.

Nice size Target plenty of parking shared with LA Fitness and the mall. Restrooms remodeled look really clean. Starbucks located inside along with the deli. Starbucks claims they cannot give grounds out for people to use as fertilizer.

Meh. Wandered the store for quite a while. Many things not tagged or price updated which isnt bad because it means they are less than the tag, but inconvenient to have to check. Other than that.... Its target. You like it or you dont.

I enjoy shopping at this location. Its large and the employees are busy, but always helpful. My only concern is when the trash can in front of the entrance door is over flowing with trash. The evening is worse (sorry). Loyal shopper!

The BEST Target in the "626" area. Generally well-stocked and lower prices than the Alhambra location. Shelves are organized, clean, and the products are easy to find store-wide. Helpful staff are very knowledgeable.

I really love this target, only gripe is that lines are always the longest thing. Going in a hurry can be very frustrating if you cant self check out. That being said the addition of self check out was a good one

Id give this store 0 stars if i could. Decent cashiers but the people that work at the returns suck, theyre rude and make it seem like your wasting their time. I will never go back to the store.

Price gouging. Go to one of the independant pharmacies over near Garvey and San Gabriel! Youll get much better customer service and much lower prices (especially if you have no insurance).

Typical Target. Was here to check out the grocery section and was a little disappointed with the selection. Everything appeared fresh and clean but there just wasnt much to choose from.

Rude cashier. Accused my daughter of stealing when in fact the $1 bracelet was the first thing he rang up! So he forgets he scanned it and accuses us of stealing. Thanks Target.
