Determined to own another Harley Davidson motorcycle, before I die, as well as experiencing everything which goes with ownership of said machine; I made a checklist of several prerequisites on what Arizona dealership would get my business; over another offering the same exact product. I considered the dealership’s location in regard to my home. I was looking for a dealership which was conveinent to travel to and from. I considered the dealership’s parts department, and how professionally it was overseen by a friendly as well as exceptionally knowledgeable staff. I considered a motor-clothes department which was well stocked, and presented their products in a neat as well as organized manor. I also, to my liking, discovered the store employed a patient and friendly staff who enjoyed being of expert service to their customers, and dedicated to my personal satisfaction. The Arrowhead Harley Davidson Factory Store in Peoria, Arizona not only met my specific needs, but I was delighted to see there, many acknowledgements and awards for service to their customers, over other dealerships, which meant to me, that I was going to deal with a reputable firm as well as the employees who earned these accolades for their employer. Also, lastly but not in any way the least, I would not settle for any less than Harley Davidson, factory – trained motorcycle mechanical technicians to perform all future scheduled, and non scheduled maintenance on my new purchases. I can not say enough about the quality of service I have received so far by the employees of AHD. More than enough so, that I will continue to recommend them to everybody I speak with on the subject that does not know for themselves all ready. Sincerely, Stuart Leonard Mary Douglas Joey Leonard 2015 FLSTN Deluxe 2014 Sportster 1200 Custom ** Thank you, Zee, Nick, Jon, Jerry for helping to make my motorcycles purchasing experience so absolutely delightful! ** Thank you, Deb Lotardo for the opportunity of taking your survey. A bit of my background. Been riding for over 25 years with more than 130,000 miles between my Wide-Glide and Softail. Made an appointment on Friday for Monday 9:00AM to have both tires replaced on my FXDWG. Im visiting here from Chicago. Showed up 20 minutes late but hey took the bike right away. I also asked for a filter/oil change and for them to find the source of a rattle. "No problem", I was told, "come back about noon. I asked if they would clean the bike, "Yes, of course well clean it up for you" was the answer. I returned at 1:00PM expecting to pick-up my bike. Well, they were still working on it!So I waited... 2PM... 2:30... 3... still no bike! "Uh, they are cleaning it up" it will be out shortly". Finally, at 4:00 the bike came out. New front and back tires, check! Clean bike, FAIL! It was as dirty as before but had a few more grease prints on it. As I spent all this time there, I was not about to go back and complain about them not washing it. BTW, I have never had any service performed on my bike without it being washed. Seems like its an SOP for H-D dealers. Anyway, I thought that fixing the rattle might have distracted them. Guess it might of been the heat. Surprise, surprise! The rattle was there... even louder than before. I dont quite know how this dealership got the Platinum Award, but they will never get mu business again. My time is a lot more valuable than that.. Also, dont let the FREE tire mounting fool you. My $145.95 front and $178.95 rear Dunlops with an oil change cost me $540.07! In there was a $33.00 labor charge for the oil change, a $1.95 o-ring, a $19.80 lip seals and $15 bucks for shop supplies (WTF!) The total time on the bill showed 1.8 hrs for the tire install and 0.3 for the oil change. The remaining hours shall go unexplained. I certainly cannot explain the time warp. Does anyone else feel "taken" by these guys and H-D in general, or am I the only SUCKER? Feel free to contact me.

We purchased a 2015 Street Glide special from Arrowhead Harley this Oct. And glad we did. Trevor worked very hard to make sure we got what we wanted. He answered all our questions, concerns and even answered questions we had but didnt ask. His level of expertise shows in all the information he provided. He displayed genuine interest in us as individuals. Even when we called with additional question he was more then happy to answer. What we really appreciate about him is that even after we purchased the bike and came back in the store, his attitude was still the same. When it came to getting the deal together Shawn and my dude Gab was all on it. Making sure we had the best deal, interest rate and payment that fit our budget. Gab, hats off to you because after it was said and done you looked out for us even further. Our Haley fashionista Kimberly made sure we are geared up and looking good with everything we needed. From boots, helmet, jacket the works. She showed us what we asked for and not what we didnt need. You are our girl from here on out. And of course we cant leave out Larry... He made sure we understood every bit of warrant to maintenance package before we signed on the dotted line. To top it all off Trevor and Gab both hit us up to tell us Happy Anniversary on our 24th yr. They made a point to remember. Sweet! We love the fact that everyone we dealt with have made us feel like part of the Arrowhead family. Customer service is a BIG deal to us because we dont believe in paying anyone to mistreat us. Which wasnt the case here. We want to thank the entire staff because you ALL have made us feel welcome in your store every time were there. Your customer service surpass any other stores. All my family and friends will know where to go for everything Harley... ARROWHEAD!

These guys are incredible and FAR EXCEEDED all expectations during the purchase and customization of my new 2015 FLTRXS. From the moment I came to the store to meet Mark Mullholland (Sales Leader) and my Sales Consultant Nick "Stitch" Bowan until the time I left on it tonight completely tricked out I was treated like royalty. The initial discussion around closing the deal took 10 minutes. Thats saying something because we were chit chatting for 5 of it. Thanks to Mark and Stitch for that. Frank Quinones in parts caught on to my vision instantly for not only what i wanted to get accomplished before the bike left the store but what was down the road in terms of HP and additional customization...super knowledgeable, and a great guy to work with all around. He has my parts biz for life. Jeremy Tan in Service pulled it all together like a real pro. On time and perfect the first time with no surprises on the work OR the bill. ...and again the friendliest service guy Ive ever had a chance to work with. What amazed me the most is how these guys work together department to department as an OUTSTANDING customer service machine. Id been to 2 other dealerships and talked to a 3rd before I went to Arrowhead Harley Davidson and no other store even scratched at it. I highly recommend Arrowhead Harley Davidson for anyones HD adventures. Sales, Parts, Service these guys are the best money can buy. Thanks for an incredible experience.

No matter how Magical we believe Harley to be there are men and women behind the scenes grinding away to create that illusion for us, and even tho that ruins the luster of it (like finding out the tooth ferry was really your dad) its a simple fact. They have 1 job and thats to sell motorcycles and turn a profit. I was told something during the " closing" phase of the sales negotiation and was told something that apparently wasnt true, now even tho i ended up getting my way in the end i had to confront the "closer" and basically call him out, an argument ensued in the middle of the store and thankfully one of the other employees was able to handle this situation professionally. i get it. i sold used cars for 6 years, i understand during the battle of sales things are said that may not be so true, when your customer is on the verge of maybe not taking the deal you have to kind of make him see things in a new light, thats all fine and dandy, just man up when the customer comes back and confronts you and not stand there and call him a LIAR! this store is the closest to my house by about 15 miles, but today i drove those extra 15 miles to Chandler to handle my business. they are my new store, even tho there are some really great people at Arrowhead and they deserve better leadership than the shortcomings that they have. i will continue to take my Harley needs to Chandler.
