My husband and I travel a lot and we try to stop at Harley stores to collect t-shirts, coffe cups and memorabilia to document our travels. This was a terrible store. Not a large selection, not many items with the Kingman AZ name and most of the people in the store were employees goofing around. The one employee trying to help us wouldnt let us shop for more than 2 minutes at a time. As we were leaving another employee was making a throw up sound. Real classy.

This is the best Harley shop ive ever been to. 1500 miles from home i needed a new windshield on my Electra. I went to 2 other shops that couldnt help me. This shop had exactly what i was looking for at a normal price. Certainly not your average Harley shop. Parts department made every effort to help me and made the remaining 2000 miles of my trip so much better in the process. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!

My Harley started to release oil from the engine so we had to stop at Mother Road HD. I appreciate very professional approach and friendly staff - very are on the road again after short repair. We also choose some HD merchandise in the shop, every stop in HD store is so hard for us to dont spend all the money in our pockets :)

These guys saved me a lot of stress last Friday, arrived there with my bike on a tow truck (broke down in Oatman, AZ) 45 min before closing time, they kept the shop open until they got it fixed, so I was able to ride back to Laughlin. Outstanding service!

Called ahead while on a cross-country ride and they got my bike in for a diagnostic right away. They found the problem but didnt have the parts in stock to fix it. They got me setup with a dealer down the road that helped me out.
