They dont even deserve 1 freaking star. I absolutely HATE walking into this place. I have been to this place about once a year for the past 5 or 6 years and every time they remind me why I dont go in there. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Last time I went in there I needed a new tube in my tire. Seems simple enough. I walk in and go to the service desk to find four service employees standing there talking and not one acknowledges me. So I set my tire against the wall and walk to the parts counter. A couple service guys walk back and forth, no one acknowledges me (Ive been in the store about five minutes now and not one employee even notices). So I stand there at the parts counter waiting and starting to find this situation ridiculous I start whistling and tapping on the counter hoping someone notices. Another couple minutes go by and finally some one comes to the counter and say "can I help you" in a rude tone. So I say I need a tube installed in my tire", he just stares at me like what I just said was blasphemy. So I continue " its a 110/90-19 I would like a heavy duty one". He stares for another 5-10 seconds before he disappears behind the double doors for about 3 minutes. Comes out gets my info and sends me to the front desk to pay. I go to the front and tell him my name and that I need it installed on my rim which I left at the service counter. The guy and the front desk says " ok so take it back there". HAHA wtf kinda service is that. So I go back to the service desk where now there is only one guy sitting behind his computer screen browsing or something. I stand there right in front of him just asking myself how long if ever will it take to get this guy to look away from his computer screen and actually offer some assistance. Finally I get a glance and his sigh, "can I help you". So I tell him what I needed and hes like "well we cant do that today". Ok one I didnt ask for it today, but is that how your going to start this out, and two wtf takes this place so long to change out a freaking tube. I go to apache honda and get immediate acknowledgment from the guys there and they change my tube while Im shopping for oils and gear. They are done within half an hour every time. IF ANYONE FROM MANAGEMENT AND THIS PLACE IS PAYING ATTENTION YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO TRAIN YOUR ASSOCIATES SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS. I supervise 26 employees and if any of my employees acted like yours I would start writing them up, then suspending and if their attitude didnt change I would fire them. I am just in disbelief on how this location has stayed in business as long as it has. HOW? For those of you thinking about going to this place, PLEASE dont. I actually made the mistake of buying a brand new bike from this place in 2006 and regret ever giving this place a dime of my money.

I purchased a new motorcycle here a few weeks ago and have since been back for the initial service. First, the good. The sales staff were friendly and courteous. I believe the salesman who helped us out was named Jeff (I am terrible with names), he was friendly and helpful and not at all pushy as we took a look at what I was interested in and talked numbers. As it was a previous year unsold model it was already nicely discounted from MSRP and they were pretty easy about negotiating a fair price to fit my budget. They also did not lowball me on my trade-in, I got less than I would on the street but thats just the way it goes with trade-ins; I pretty much got what I had expected, so no complaints there. Returning for the initial service last week was a simple and painless affair. The less good : we spent a very large part of our day there. It was a Friday morning and there was not a lot of customers there, a lot of the staff seemed occupied with moving stock around but otherwise it was a quiet morning. Given the speed of negotiations I thought the rest would go quicker but it did not. We spent over 2 hours at the dealership in the morning, after we signed the paperwork we went to lunch for an hour to give them time to prep the bike but were there for nearly an hour after we got back; all told it was probably 4-5 hours of our day eaten up buying a motorcycle. It seemed excessive. Our salesman apologized and said they were short staffed, but I dont see how it could have made that big a difference. The bad : the finance department. During the process we stated that we were not looking to finance on a credit card. The finance manager said he was going to run our credit through Cap One, but as a regular finance loan. We have financed vehicles through Cap One before so this seemed reasonable to us. Ill give them kudos for working to arrange financing with our bruised credit, but in the end the "loan" they offered turned out to be ... a credit card account. Shame on us for not noticing this when we signed the paperwork, but shame on them for not being more up front about this when we explicitly said this was not what we wanted. Additionally the payment they quoted us in the office was $10 less than the payments on the paperwork we got in the mail. Not a dealbreaker but also not cool. In the end it will work out as I have the bike I want, but I feel that the finance department was somewhat dishonest and misleading with us. Read the fine print, folks. Overall I was pleased with the experience and am very happy with my purchase, but it could have been a lot better if not for the unusually sluggish manner in which the sale went forward and the somewhat deceptive nature of the finance department.

Amazing customer service. Sales, Service and Parts truly took care of me in every way possible. Nick, the GM gave me a great deal on my 2015 RZR. No one is in their line of work to lose money, but at the same time, people like to feel as if they had fair, honest, and transparent deal, which is exactly how I felt when buying. What every UTV or off road enthusiast knows is that parts and accessories becomes an addiction, thats where Cole comes in. Upon purchasing my RZR I was fascinated by all of the custom accessories and personalization you could do with them, Cole was enthusiastic as well as knowledgable when it came to things I do need and things I dont. Several times I would ask him about certain parts that I was interested in, and Cole was honest and talked me out of making a mistake (something not even my wife can achieve at times) but it resinated with me because if a commission based person was willing to lose out on money to keep me from making a mistake, that not only earned my business but my trust as well. Lastly, Adam, and the service department have been taking care of the service and repair on my RZR from day 1. I am extremely hard on my RZR and it gives me piece of mind when I know each time I go out I can be confident that my machine was taken care of by someone who truly cares about what he does as well as takes care of the issues that have come up (and yes if you own one of these you know there will be issues) with a no hassle " No problem we will handle it" attitude which is more than appreciated. In conclusion, I see a lot of reviews some good, some bad some may be warranted and some may not be. At the end of the day you can only look at it this way, these gentlemen are in this business to make money and most likely provide for their families in a industry that they love and feel passionate about, not to get rich and certainly not to get rich off of you but to hopefully make a deal thats mutually beneficial to both parties and have you walking out of that store with a smile on your face and ready to enjoy what ever toy or accessory you spent your hard earned money on. I know from personal experience and as a skeptical buyer myself that these gentlemen are in the business to make a deal but first and foremost provide amazing customer service and create lasting relationships. To the staff of Ridenow Phoenix - Thank you. -RJ-
