If I could give negative stars I would. I am in the truck tire business and know tires well and this was the worst experience Ive ever had ....EVER! They werent rude from the start but they werent happy and cheery .. ok, this is a Harley shop not chick-fil-a so I get it. I put a front and rear tire on for a cal-vegas run and 100 miles after getting the tires put on I had a rear blow out @ 70mph. NOT FUN WITH A BAGGER 2-UP LOADED WITH GEAR! After a long night of waiting for a wrecker and getting home from east nowhere I was up bright and early taking the wheel off to bring it to them. There was no obvious puncture and the outside of the tire was still new in appearance. While I was waiting for the repair a few employees came out and was talking about when they blew a tire and rode 2000 miles on a flat. after the 3rd employee did this I found it really odd. The 3rd guy had a pistol holstered to his ribs and he made sure to stand in a way to put it in my face... this is Arizona dude, everyone has a gun, I choose to conceal it as Im not trying to intimidate. After some time an employee came out with the tire and the inside was shredded and was told I would need a new tire. I explained I did not see a puncture so I would assume there was a mismount with the tube and would like warranty. I asked to see the tube but they wouldnt bring it out. After another wait the manager or owner came out and started yelling at me that I ruined the tire by riding on it! I said if going 70 to zero is riding on it than yes I did, I would have preferred levitating to the side of the road and my scared to death girlfriend would have too as the back of the bike was all over the place. He said theres no warranty, I asked what the failure was and he said it could be anything... I agreed but insisted to know what it was. He could not answer this. While yelling at me he said he would refund my money but would not sell me another tire and to take my business elsewhere. NO PROBLEM SIR! One of the techs handed me back my wheel and tube and I was on my way. Once in the truck I saw creases in the tube right where it blew!!! It was a mis mount!!! Not only did they put our lives in danger they yelled at ME for it! Wouldnt that energy be better focused on the tech that mismounted the tire? I should have received nothing but an apology and good customer service. I wasnt trying to pull the wool over anyones eyes, just a shop that stands behind their work. Once I got to the shop I should have went to I showed them the tube and he laughed right away and confirmed it was a mismount and used it to educated his team on what happens when you dont do your job correctly. I missed the SO Cal portion of the trip but we were able to meet up with our friends in Vegas on sat night. The same day I had my tires done at the wheel shop my friend dropped off his rear wheel for a tire. when we returned from Vegas my friend noticed a groove on the left side of his rear tire. It was rubbing on his belt because they mounted a 140 rear tire instead of the 130 that was on previously. When he returned to discuss the mistake they once again got irate and actually threatened him to Beat his @ss! Hows that for customer service? He had to put another 200.00 out for another tire (at another shop). Stay clear of this place!!! they are too busy smoking weed in the back office to think about work clearly. Go to the back office and smell for yourself. Ive never met such angry potheads!! If you like crappy, ignorant service that can kill you by all means go to the wheel shop!

Walk in on a Saturday and I was treated great from the moment I walked in the door. I had work on my rear tire after getting a piece of a razor blade; and purchased a new front tire. Both Frank and JR; from my first telephone call earlier that morning to having both of them bang out the tires quickly and efficiently. JR also gave me an idea as to when my brakes and other service items should be finished. Ive been riding and commuting for about four years; two of those in Arizona. The only unfortunate point is that Ive just learned that The Wheel Shop exists. Ill say that theyve earned my business for years to come. A hearty hand shake and a smile in todays world goes along way.

A+ Great Shop 10/10. Right off the bat I would highly recommend The Wheel Shop from Phoenix, AZ to have any service done to your motorcycle. whether an oil change or changing a tire. The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly and prices are competitive. Shout out to a man that goes by the name of Sleeves, even though he was a very busy man, he answered all of my questions with out hesitation, and I had aLOT of questions lol. Sleeve is very knowledgeable in "TIRE SCIENCE " he would make a great go to person for any questions about motorcycles. Remember folks Always check your tire pressure for long lasting tires and Safe Trips.

My boyfriend usually gets great service, this recent experience has really made me mad..... After having the bike a week not to mention we furnished the tires and rims, the wheels were put on crooked, the oil was not changed, the other things we needed were not done ....we are going to Sturgis for the first time and needed the bike seviced...we paid the bill of course but coming home and having to redo the tires and servicing the bike , i believe we should get some kind of store credit and an apology.....we will continue to go to this shop, but this visit i couldve done without....anybody going to Sturgis be safe and see you then.

The Wheel Shop is the best place for having new tires put on your Motorcycle bar none. Being it a Sport Bike or Touring, these guys know there stuff. I have a 2006 Harley Electra Glide, at 12k I replaced the stock Dunlops with Metzlers and at 24K I replaced the rear with the same Metzler. What great tires, and these guys get the job done fast and out the door. You might think there slow but they do the job right, amazing difference having professionals do the work Thanks to the guys at The Wheel Shop Sincerely, Randy L. Cole

Rude assholes. Called for a price on a simple rear tire and install. He said Ill call you back with the price. Thee hours later, I called again and he said, Im busy. Ive got two more people ahead of you. Ill call you back. I said sorry, Ive kind of run out of "click". The obviously rich SOB hung up on me. Fu@k you. Bikers Bay I found out is cheaper and faster anyway.

Came in just to get my tires replaced, prices were exactly what I was expecting, nothing special. But then he comes out from the back with a list of things he found wrong with the bike, and Im thinking, great, here it comes. Then he says he already fixed it all and its no charge. Fantastic, really helpful guys, price was good, gave me a deal on the set.
