Getting By
This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. It surprises me they are still in business. First of all their ad on KSL said their inventory was "all new." I called ahead to ensure they had one ready for me to pickup a few days before Christmas. I called before leaving the house to confirm it was ready. I drove 4 hours to pick it up. As I was paying for it I noticed it was a 2014 model. They said "Oh, the shipping takes so long from China that the 2014 model is new." I was also told by the guy ...."Ive never seen a problem with those engines." I think he said he has been dealing with these engines for 14 years. His definition of "problem" must be pretty narrow. When I went to load it up I noticed fuel dripping. I also noticed AT LEAST 10 nuts that were only hand tightened or missing altogether. Most of them were the lock nuts that were only finger tightened to the nylon. The chain was so loose you could lift it off the sprocket. When he tightened it, you could strum a note. He was VERY rude and condescending when I pointed out these loose nuts, dripping fuel and loose chain. Anyway. Christmas morning it wouldnt start. I monkeyed around with it until finally I wiggled the right wire. After about 15 minutes of running, a squeal was coming from the rear bearings. I hadnt notice the rear fender being loose but it fell down into the wheel and shattered. Anyway.... I could go on and on how poorly built these machines are but the part that boils me is how VERY VERY condescending they treat you when you speak to them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I wish I would have just ordered it from an online store. I was dumb and didnt read the reviews before going to this store. Im hoping many of you heed the my advice and others to STAY AWAY from these guys!!!!! Youve been warned. Im a pretty descent mechanic and have never worked on such a poorly made product. About half the time the kids go out on the machine, Ive had to work on it to get it running. We bought it just before Christmas of 2016. Ive spent over 10 hours working on it. Right now it needs a new carburetor, new starter, new position sensors, new fender (it fell off and broke) new key switch. Just to also show you how cheap its made, the air cleaner broke and fell off all on its own. Weve kept it in the garage from day one. There is a deep "growling" noise coming from somewhere in the engine or transmission that Im also afraid is a problem soon to show. Ive ordered a new carb hoping to at least get it running. If it runs, well then see if we want to spend money the the starter. The starter works if you tap it with something. Oh...some of those loose bolts they tried to send me out the door with could have caused major issues with safety. Dripping fuel lines near hot engines by your children could also have life altering consequences. Very poor quality product.... Very poor quality assembly......Very poor quality customer support..... BUY from an online retailer. For example, if you buy a carb from XTM I think they said $75 for the carb and $90.00 to install it. I just ordered on on line for less than $17.00. It takes about two minutes to change it out. Its probably closer to a minute once you have the wrench. STAY AWAY!!! Youve been warned! I highly doubt the reviews that give them more than a one star are from actual customers. Im warning you...Dont give them the benefit of the doubt. Ill concede that the product "is what it is" but the assembly and customer support is HORRIBLE at XTM. You will be sorry if you deal with these guys... If you dont believe me, go into their store and act like you have a go kart that needs worked on. Ask a few questions and just judge for yourself if you feel these guys are people you should do business with. Hey... Im just trying to save others from the pain Ive been through. Its a feeling of getting ripped off and insulted.

Customer service so bad, I was actually embarrassed for her. Bought a RZR clone for our son, a very special gift. Reviews of the product were good enough, and decided to support a Utah business by driving an hour to purchase one here. The display model was a little beat, and a simple inquiry about replacing the nets was met with immediate hostility. Really? Youd risk losing a $3000 sale over $25? I sucked it up and made a deposit anyways. The guy who works up front (her brother?) actually made it right, and we were pretty happy on pickup the next day. Except it wouldnt start. He added a little gas, and got it running, just. So that evening, no start. Charged battery, no start. Jumped it off a booster to get it going, with a rough idle. It will take 2-3 minutes of cranking to turn over without a booster. Checked voltage across the battery, under 12v fully charged. This is motor 101 stuff guys. Called up Gretchen 25 hours after the sale and asked her for solutions. After a little struggle, she offered to put a battery in the mail and send it to us - this was good! However, I had no reason to believe the replacement would be any better, also, her batteries sell for $75. I didnt want her shop to be out $75, when I could get a decent replacement in Utah county for $35. I said Id send her a copy of the receipt, and she could put it back on my card. This generous offer didnt fly with her, as she fixated on her own quoted price. Exaggerations and accusations flew, to the point where I was worried Id have to listen to her have a nervous breakdown. Im not sure what her deal is, the products are as good as anything youd buy from a faceless Internet retailer. If someone takes the time to visit your business, you should show a little appreciation. In reality, we spent $250 dollars more (not counting a new battery on my dollar) by visiting XTM. I have no expectation of any sort of after sales service, warranty or not. After some discussion, we decided to keep the UTV, and let the CC payment go through. However, I will take the time to share this story on every venue I can find. Buy wisely fellow shoppers, this is one hassle you dont need. Further, if you decide to purchase one of these buggies online, I have an excellent garage and tools available. Ill help you put it together and tune it for FREE until the end of summer. Youll save: 8.25% tax, $150 set-up fee, 3% credit card fee, and a bunch of hassle dealing with this nutcase (who now has your name, address and phone number).

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE....RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Purchased two 125CC ATVs. As soon as we got them home, my sons ATVs wheel fell off while he was riding. Within a week, my daughter was riding hers and she was unable to ride up a very small incline. I took my daughters in for them to look at and I was told that it had a defective carburetor. The service mechanic replaced the carburetor and the machine worked for about an hour and then would not start again. I called the company once again to explain the situation. I spoke to the owner and she was unwilling to do anything for me to fix this situation. I told her it was once again a defective carburetor and she confirmed that they have had problems, but that she was unwilling to do anything about it at this point without charging me the hourly rate plus parts. She further explained that the company that supplies the ATVs warranties the carburetors because they understand that there are issues, however, she was unwilling to do this again. I even offered to do the labor if she would just change out the carburetor, but she said no. She was extremely rude and offensive during the conversation and was completely unwilling to do anything for me. In terms of the wheel falling off the other ATV, I was given a new wheel nut and was told to put it on myself. No one should ever buy from this company, they are not interested in customer service and working with their customers. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!
