Bought a new bike there, had the sales tax put in the loan and had to stand at the license branch and call them to get them to pay it with a credit card over the phone because it was the last day before my temp tags expired.Sent a friend their to buy a new bike, they drove all way down there after they called to see if the bike was ready to roll and they said YES and the bike wasnt ready when they got there, they said well its raining here, that wasnt the dealerships place to decide that the customer wasnt taking it home since they drove 150 mile to get it, my friends sat there for several hours and the salesman barely spoke to them. they went back the next day and got the bike since they had signed the papers the day before or they would had changed their minds and went somewhere else. They went to license the bike and the sales tax was suppose to be in the loan and they ended up paying a large sum out of pocket due to a math error. I am very disappointed in only receiving a $50 referral gift card, last time I sent some one there I received $200. This was bike #4 we bought and the second person I sent (Saddleback and GoldenSpike) and Im done. Love the employees but will not look like a idiot in front of my friends again!

I thought that this would never happen, I bought a new bike from these guys and bought the extended warrantee after 1 month of riding the swing arm was rubbing on the frame wearing the paint off and I wanted it fixed they told me that it was not part of the extended warrantee that they dont cover bushings (strange to think that a new bike with bushings wouldnt be covered). So after 2 years of riding this is what happened Feb 2015 I went in expecting professional service and got ripped off, front, rear brakes, new rear tire, and oil change so I can get a renewed registration after trying to get safety done I failed because they didnt put new front brakes (they sure charged me for them), so I went back and complained they told me they would wave the service charge but I had to buy the new brakes again. WHAT A JOKE total cost over 700$ service manager was a real tool I doubt if he even knows the working end of a screwdriver, I even had my phone recording with the quote and he looked like he got hit with a brick and still didnt do anything enough ranting. STAY AWAY SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!

I place an order for a carb part (so, a part needed. needless to say) Thurs May 7th, 2015 before 1pm was told should be here in a day or two maybe Monday at the latest. They take my phone number and email address (didnt want to give my email address but was assured it would be only used to notify me when my part gets here). I get home on Thursday to find Ive been enrolled into some rewards point BS. the part was in NV, I live in UT. so, shouldnt take long right. Im thinking Saturday at the latest. Here it is Monday no call, no email and no text on my part. I call around 1pm to ask about my part and guess what was said. O-yeah we have. I wanted to ask why I wasnt called but thought I would get the same run around I got when I tried to order the part. three different people three different answers. Next time Ill just order parts online. save a buck or two and not deal with pour service!

We flew into SLC and rented 2 bikes. We reserved 8 months in advance because it was Sturgis bike week. Dan of the Golden Spike rental department was absolutely terrific to work with in every detail. He made it easy for us in every way. He helped with route plans. He stored our excess luggage for 8 days. When the rental department was short of rain gear our size, he pulled it off the retail shelf and gave us brand new gear to use. The Ultra Limiteds they provided were in great shape and ran perfectly. We logged 2500 miles in 8 days and when we returned, Dan came outside to greet us and ask about the trip. Mostly, Dan is just a really nice man who cares about his customers. Id buy from him again any day! Thank you, Dan.

My motorcycle would not start and had no power in a parking lot the people at Golden Spike Harley-Davidson spent half an hour on the phone with me helping me fix it so that I could ride today they have set a high standard in my opinion and I will be going there very often the store is beautiful the shop is amazing and the people there are even better with helpful people like this Adventures are more fun. Golden Spike Harley-Davidson makes Adventures like the one I went on to my moms house to put in a window possible I was able to take it 3000 miles without having a problem because they helped me fix the problem that I did have while I was close to home so it didnt happen in the middle of nowhere

Ordered a pair of sunglasses online from this dealership. Shipped out of the Midwest so much slower than you would think. The pair I got were obviously a return, open box, scratched lense, nasty finger shmooze prints like some ate a glazed donut before handling them... is it worth driving for two hours to recoup 50 bucks. This dealership is owned by the same guy that owns the SLC dealership and Ive had him personally tell me how little he cares about customers. "Fool me twice... aint never get fooled again."... perhaps my bad. Only good HD dealership in northern Utah is Timp Harley way down in Lindon.

Went in to Golden Spike about three years ago to ask about renting a bike for a weekend. Dan, the rental expert, was very knowledgable and helpful. He worked with our schedules for the pickup and drop off. We had so much fun we bought our own bike within a month. Dan remembered my wife and I by name. We visit GSHD all the time for clothes, parts, and service. Never been ignored in there and like another reviewer said, I have been introduced to other members of their team now and then when I go in. These guys are great!

I was driving up from Arizona to Canada and unfortunately crashed my bike in Utah. The bike survived with only a minor bruise (crash bars for the win!). I did end up losing a screw from my highway peg though. I stopped in at this dealer and the guy in their parts department was great. He opened up a package that was for the peg kit and just sold me the one screw out of it. He even put it in for me. Nice guy, if I lived in the area I would certainly frequent this dealer. Keep up the good work.

I just barely bought my first Harley from GoldenSpike. Fantastic group of people. I wasnt just a sale I was treated like "Family". Introduced me around to the parts team, sales team and service. Not one time was I treated like this when I owned my previous bike. Cannot say enough good about the entire team there. Paige was amazing to work with on the purchase... Low key and no Pressure and I appreciated that. I have and will recommend GoldenSpike to my friends.
