I am extremely disappointed with this location. My bike was in the shop for a week and a half without hearing anything from the shop. I called into the shop and the women who answered the phone was very short and irritated. I told her that my bike had been there for a week and a half and I have not heard anything from them and needed to know if i need to take my bike elsewhere. She then asked me what type of bike I had - I told her and she said very sarcastic "oh sweetie, no one else will work on your bike-hold on." She then told me that Craig the service manager will call me back and update me. I have her my direct # for him to call. He did not call back. He called my fiancé back the next day (not me). Craig then informed my fiancé that there are several parts that my bike needs and they need to order the parts. Craig said it could take an additional week. So then 15 days go by.. I still hadnt heard anything. I call in and speak to Craig who was very unprofessional. He belittled me on the phone (because I am a female??) and informed flat out said "look I will call you when the parts come in"... Insinuating to stop calling. So finally 1 month goes by and my fiancé is called (not me) to inform me the bike is ready. When I show up to pick up my bike I was not told what was wrong with my bike - just got asked for my $680.00. Then had to ask what specifically was wrong with my bike. Craig is who checked me out- and again sounded put out because he had to explain to me what was wrong with my bike. I will never go back there again. Between the women who answered the phone and Craig I will not refer to them. I have a bike that is a classic and will do anything for it. However, their customer service skills are not professional. I will ensure that all of my biker friends know how horrible the service was. I did not feel the value behind the $680.00. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

called in to check on an extended warranty on a used Harley I purchased Gage answered the phone and was very helpful and told me the bike had a recall. He made me an appointment the day I wanted. Took Bike in and was greeted outside by Chandler the shop foreman he was very friendly and fast. Chandler called me later that day to tell me the bike needed its first service and I okd the work. Chandler called me later in the day and informed me that the bike was done and went over concerns. Went to pick up the bike it was parked outside, clean and ready to go. there was no damage to the bike the fluids were spot on and the oil filter was installed correctly with no marks on it. They may have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Me and my wife walked around the show room for an excessive amount of time while no one could be bothered to help us. I finally asked for some assistance and the salesman seemed very annoyed that I had a few questions about a bike I was seriously interested in purchasing. It was actually recommended to me to come back another day to make the purchase because he wasnt too familiar with the paperwork needed for the sale. I ended up making a purchase at Indian Motorcycles of Salt Lake City. (I know they are both owned by Intermountain Harley). Frank Jones at Indian (or Salt Lake Harley Davidson) is the man, he is super helpful and very respectful. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Im shopping for a motorcycle, so I visited the location at Sandy, just to find a big disappointment. There were about six employees, the first girl was uninterested in helping me, all she did say, "hi there", I approached for the second guy, he merely answered my question about my interest for a motorcycle, and went back to his internet research. A third guy was a bit more helpful, and explained me about the bike I was looking to, as well as he referred me to the lady whos supposed to give me the price for that particular bike. She made me wait for ten minutes, but I decided to take off due to the lack of service.

Great Harley shop to work with- Joel in parts is extremely knowledgeable on both MoCo and Aftermarket equipment, and has been a huge help on my latest project. Craig in service is great to work with, and was very willing to finish up a few details I ran out of time to work on. Very happy with every interaction Ive had.

My experience with the parts department here was trash. Both parts salesman treated me like I didnt know what I was talking about. The employees at this location have an elitist attitude and are annoyed that they have to do their jobs. Stay away from this location and the D-bags that work in it.

Me and my friend went in for a maintenance check on his bike and got turned away cause it was a Monday? I also needed a part and the parts guy was a complete and total ass. Very condescending and treated us like we had no idea what we were talking about. Go somewhere else!

My bike will never see the service department at this store again. Every time I need help I cringe at the thought of having to deal with the rude service at the counter. Chandler pushed me over the edge with his arrogant attitude.
