We needed to purchase a small trailer for a family heirloom 16 wooden canoe. We live in California and didnt want to tow an empty trailer to Plain City to get the canoe. After several hours of online research, I found a company that wholesales the trailer that would work for us. I asked our relatives in Plain City to take a look at the trailer first hand to make sure it would work. They ended up being sent to ADtripleS and spoke with Fred Wirth. While they were there, they called me and I spoke with Mr. Wirth about our needs. He recommended a different trailer that would work better. He ordered the trailer and they put the canoe on it to see how it would fit. There were some adjustments that needed to be made and after some discussion, we decided that we would purchase that trailer and have them make the modifications. I paid for half of the trailer and we agreed that I would pay the other half when we got there to pick it up. A week later, we arrived and I saw the trailer for the first time. Mr. Wirth explained the modifications to me in person and let me know that if they didnt work out, to let him know. I paid the balance and drove away with the trailer and we put the canoe on it. It was absolutely perfect. We made the trip home through high winds, rain, hail, and snow and the trailer travelled perfectly and kept the canoe cradled safely throughout the entire trip. Mr. Wirth was exceptional, personable, and very attentive to our needs. I would recommend ADtripleS to anyone, in a heartbeat. We received fantastic service and a great product at a very reasonable price.

On December 30, 2012 I purchased a used snowmobile from ADS. James in sales was knowledgeable, friendly, and service oriented. The snowmobile I purchased came to ADS on trade two days prior to my purchase. I took the snowmobile for my first ride on December 31, 2012 and it stopped working after a short ride. I called James after hours on New Year’s Eve, he answered, and wanted me to bring the snowmobile in that day. ADS diagnosed the problem as a broken piston, damaged sleeve, damaged head, bad gaskets, and possible other damage for a total repair cost of over $2,000.00. ADS fixed my snowmobile quickly and took responsibility for the entire cost. Brayden and Dave were great to keep me informed and did a wonderful job repairing the snowmobile and taking care of my problem. I highly recommend ADS to anyone looking for a dealership that stands behind issues, in my case even when they could have passed them on to me, and takes care of the customer.

Drove up from Riverton on a Saturday to look at a UTV. Found Brennen working behind the counter. Within minutes, we had talked a great price for the unit we wanted. After 30 minutes of Brennen answering my noob questions, we decided to buy. Brennen worked with us to secure the vehicle we wanted, even though the bank was closed already and we couldnt make it back up for a few days. When Tuesday came around, Brennen worked with our schedule to finalize the deal. We were in and out within about an hour. We live our new (to us) Wildcat, and would recommend AD Triple S and Brennen to anyone. The highest level customer service that I could have asked for in our first UTV purchase.

We got quotes on fixing the plastic on a yamaha 450 atv, we bought it after it had been rolled. We also brought in a polaris 400 that we wanted a plow and a winch put on, the oil and lube job and a new battery put in. Told us a couple of weeks. 6 months later we got the atvs back. Did not have the new battery in the polaris nor did the change the oil and lube it, however they did charge us for it. The new headlights on the Yamaha dont work. The quote we got to do the work was HALF the final cost. We I called to complain the service rep said bring them back and they would make it right, just like they made it right the 1st time, on time. No thanks!

These guys were awesome start to finish. I picked up a new/used bike and coordinated edverything with Kayden over the phone. He even got back to me on Sunday after leaving him a message the day before. Im a pretty detailed oriented guy and usually have a lots a questions and requests. Kayden took everything in stride and was very patient and we walked through everything necessary over the phone as I was traveling to purchase the bike. He also always got back to me within 24 hours which is a lot more than I can say for a lot of sales people. The purchase went super smooth and I couldnt be happier with the entire company. Thanks !

ADS is a top notch place! I traveled all the way down to Ogden for there competitive pricing on a used bike and got it for an awesome price.I got my bike up here to Montana and put a couple rides on it and the fork seals decided to go out on me. disappointed with the situation i called down to ADS to see if there was anything they could do, and i couldnt be more impressed. They stood behind a used bike that they sold and offered to send me up the new seals that it will take to get it all set back up. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. They stand behind all of there products!

Took our commander in for work that ADS lead us to believe would be covered by the warranty. When we picked it up, we had to pay full price for all the work done....you think they might have given us a courtesy call asking if we would still like the work done if it wasnt going to be covered...but no. We never gave any authorization for any work to be done that would be outside the warranty work. Manager was unsympathetic and didnt see any problems.....wont be taking our commander back to them for servicing!

Braden and Hans stayed after hours on Saturday night to help me when my brand new snowmobile broke down the first day I took it out even though I didnt buy it from them. The dealer I bought it from refused to even look at it until Monday which didnt work for me since I wanted to ride Sunday. It ended up needing a new ignition coil and they spent an hour fixing it for me right in my trailer in the parking lot. With that kind of service commitment I will definitely be buying from a.d.s from now on!

Just bought a brand new XC-F from AD TRIPLE S. When I requested pricing they were very efficient about getting me an out the door price which was way lower than the Draper dealer that is across the street from me. My salesman (Jordan) was super friendly and got things done very quickly. When I went in to pick up the bike it was quick and painless. These guys have an amazing showroom with tons of inventory. If youre looking for a no BS experience, AD TRIPLE S is the place to go.

Steph helped us pick the best machines for our needs and got us a lot of great accessories for a good price as well.
