5 stars is not enough for these guys. so here is a few more ***** . Out of all the shops I have been too, this one is the best. The customer service is great. They treat me with respect. I have NEVER felt like I was being cheated in any way. For a single girl that is saying something. I have Never gotten the run around. If I tell them my situation or let them know I will be late picking up my bike they have always been willing to work with me. My bike had been hit when an individual backed into it. They handled the insurance paper work and pictures and kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on when I did not hear from the insurance agency. Thank you very much Christy. I will admit the first few times I went there I expected to get the run around and sales pressure that I have gotten at other shops. Girls walking into a motorcycle shops often get that. That did not happen here. It has always been a pleasant experience. My bike does not always have an after market part. Which means sometimes parts get pricy. But they have always checked to see if there is one and if there is that they know will work they get it and save me some money. To add to the respect part. I ride a bike that is not well known in the United States as it is outside the country. Because of that I get a lot of flack from many places that it is not a Harley, or a Honda, or Yamaha or whatever. They have never done that. They know their bikes in and out of the country. They understand that its a bike (regardless of brand), people like to ride, so, they help fix them. I know this review is long but they are worth telling about. Thanks guys for everything. :)

These guys are absolutely crooks. Do not take youre bike or any machine to them. They charged me 360 dollars for a tune up and a jet kit that was already installed on the bike. And then the nerve to ask me if I can prove that I already had the bike Jeted by showing the original packaging of the dyno jet kit that was purchased over 7 yrs ago.(Like I am supposed to be a hoarder or something). To top it all off the bike is still running poorly.... If your contemplating to take your bike to them DO NOT, Cause I did my research and made a last minute decision to bring them the dirt bike. I wish I could have read a review like this before, then I would only be out of pocket a 150 dollars and have a good running bike.

Absolutely the worst experience with services. Had to take the ATV back in to fix the problems they didnt solve in the first place. When we tried to ride our "serviced" Atv, it had shredded piece of the belt that they replaced in the system and it was rattling around like rocks. Had to take it apart ourselves and pull the pieces out. We had pictures and took the pieces in and the manager said, "I have no idea where that would have came from". Reasonably priced if youre planning on doing the work the first time and having a quality business transaction. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Beware, Worst company ever, My Custom bikes were in to winterize, After having Phenomena, I was late picking them up, they charged me 1500 to release them , Threatened to lean them , calling it storage fees. Then when I went to load them , the paint on my Custom bike was so damaged, and they said to read the clause, they are not responsible for Damage or theft . I am now faced with hiring a lawyer to get my bike repaired, THIEVES ,Cons, STAY Clear its not worth it, They are obviously having financial problems , STay away , go else where, they are not good people.

I have been doing business with the Quad & Cycle Shop for several years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They not only have GREAT Customer Service but there prices on riding gear, parts and service cant be BEAT. The mechanics are the BEST, they are very knowledgeable about repairs and services on all ATVs, dirt bikes and street bikes. I would not go anywhere else to buy my riding gear, parts or have repairs and services done on our ATVs, quad and dirt bike. Thanks to Scott, Matt and Scottie for all they do for us!!

Absolutely the best!!! Not much else can be said about these guys. I always get the best treatment when I look to them for work on my 4-Wheelers and Motorcycle. Theyre even great at car stuff too. Never had any issues working with Scott, the owner. And his brother Matt, always has the right answer especially on my needed repairs. He can fix anything. These guys are the real deal. I highly recommend this shop for all of your repairs. Youll always get a straight up answer and the best recommendation for the situation.

The Scott brothers are the greatest. They built a 5500 watt Onan generator inside my 14 foot box trailor. Making me a utillity trailor. Excellent work and they were extra special for all the safety features. Operates simply with easy operation. They were timely also, getting it completed before my deadline. Excellent communication as well. I recommend them For RV generators installed etc. Plus my son loves his go cart they sold me. Added safety features on it as well. Very safety oriented gentlemen.

Had my carb rebuilt and brakes tuned. Still runs and stops bad. Took it back in, they sat on it for 2 weeks, said mine was first in line for the last 3 days of that. They never looked at it. I took it back for the weekend as I wanted to ride it. They have already wasted my time & money twice, offered no apology or refund, and wont let me book an appointment to keep from wasting my time again. Totally worthless. I am now much worse off by trying to do business with them.

These folks are just the best. Scott and Christy have built a foundation on customer service and it shows. Always fair prices and no BS when ir comes to timing. If they are busy you will know. Dont wait till the last minute to get your machines in for service. They will get booked out. You wont be disappointed with the quality of their work. Clean organized building and this reflects in all areas of this shop.

Scott and Matt knew exactly what I needed on my sand rail conversion project. The custom work looked great and works as promised. They even came in on budget. I will use them again and again! These projects have unlimited potential right? The location is great too. It is just South of I-80 and the back alley makes loading and unloading so easy. Thanks guys!

I have sent two 4 wheelers of differing brands to quad and cycle for repairs. And i would do it everytime i come across an issue that needs a professionals help. Their staff can work on any quad and they do it for 1/2 the price of taking it to a dealer. They were friendly and cut the B.S. when discussing your options.
