Sean Burnett is a complete disaster. He doesn’t return phone calls. He obfuscates the truth. He delays so he doesn’t have to tell you the truth. I would prefer to buy my motorcycles from hundreds of miles away and have them serviced at Moto Station rather than give any business to a dealership with employees like Sean Burnett. On March 27th, I put a deposit down on a Scrambler. My bike was supposed to be the first yellow Scrambler to arrive in July. I fully realize that these bikes have a waiting list and have had production issues. None of that would have mattered if Sean would have just communicated openly and honestly with me. On July 1st I called to ascertain the status of my bike since I hadn’t heard anything. Lacey answered and told me she would look into it and get back to me. She called me back within 10 minutes to tell me it wasn’t in and she didn’t know when it would arrive. Lacey was fantastic. She was friendly, upbeat, and as informative as she could be. When I asked about an arrival date, she said Sean would have to look into it and she would have him call me. Lacey was fantastic. She represents your dealership well. Sean never called. Since I never received a call back from Sean, I called him on 7/9 and left a voicemail asking when it would be in. He called back this time and left me a voicemail. It was nice that he called, but it was frustrating that he didn’t answer my question about when to expect the bike. All he said was that "July wasn’t over yet." That was a particularly frustrating message because it contained zero information and was slightly obnoxious. However, I was busy and let it slide. I called again on 7/22. This time I caught him on the phone and he was more helpful. He said my bike had been pushed back to September. He said that this had happened before and that he would call the Ducati rep and they would fix it. I asked when I would hear back from him and he said that afternoon. When he said that afternoon, I asked him again to confirm and he did. So he confirmed on the phone twice that he would call me back that afternoon. He never did. By Friday the 24th, I had determined that all Sean wanted to do was keep putting me off. I called that day and left him a message that he didn’t call me back as he promised; I didn’t want to wait until September; and that if I had to wait until September I would rather have a refund. He called and left me an obnoxious voicemail message where he said “This is Sean calling you from the Ducati dealership on Friday, the 24th just as I mentioned I would call you back. I got your message and you seemed to be upset that I didn’t call you. However, I told you I’d call you Friday and here we are.” Well, that was a lie. He had promised to call me back on the 22nd and was only calling because I called after not hearing for 2 days. He continued, “So if you want your money back, I’m happy to do that and away we go.” Then he hung up. I called back and left him a message to call me. Instead, he had a woman call me and arrange the refund (which still hasn’t been processed 6 days later). At no point did Sean ever tell me what went wrong, what the Ducati rep said (if he even called the rep) or apologized for any issues. It has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. At my company, if we treated our customers that way, we wouldn’t be in business. Buy your bike somewhere else!

I just had the opportunity to buy a used motorcycle from them. I drove down to look at the bike on a Friday night, which was a 40-50 mile drive one way. Tyler the salesman was surprised that I did that just to look at the motorcycle and when I decided that I wanted or needed to think about it a little longer and was going to head back home, Tyler was surprised again that I came down basically for a look and 3ish mile ride but didnt push me into making the decision right then. He gave me his card and just asked me to call him when/if I made the decision. I ended up deciding to get the bike before I made it back home but since it was already after 8pm I didnt call until the next morning. I called him up and went down and picked it up. He was helpful not just for me but to my wife and two 4 year olds. He apologized that he wasnt able to help me or be with me more since he was the only salesperson there at the time but said hed call me in a few days to make sure everything was going well. Jamie was also very helpful when going through the paper work. She had everything ready and was great to work (sign papers) with. Basically everything was fantastic, no pushy sales people, no hidden fees, no complaints at all. Thank you for a very smooth and easy transaction.

I am very pleased with my experience yesterday here at Harrison Eurosports. I worked with Shawn to purchase a 2017 BMW R1200 GSA. After he reviewed my trade-in, he showed me the R1200 and went over the options included in the Premium Package. He asked me if I wanted any accessories, and after listening to me, he suggested some additional items to take advantage of a special promotion. Had he not done that, I would have ended up paying a lot more. I consider Shawn’s approach to be excellent consultation and customer service. I met with Jamie to review the financing, and found her to be professional, and a pleasure to work with. Anyone making a purchase at any dealership, be it a car, boat, or a motorcycle must understand that every dealership is primarily interested in the customer’s experience and the costs to that customer. It’s Jamie’s role to offer finance and insurance options to every customer to help better their experience. As I sit here now and read some of the other reviews and especially those from unhappy customers, I want to be clear: From my experience, I believe both Shawn and Jamie did an outstanding job. Thank you both! I am satisfied with my experience and look forward to working with everyone at Harrison Eurosports in the future. Tim

I found my dream motorcycle at Triumph, a 2017 T120 Black. I cant say enough about Tim and Blake - super cool, knowledgeable, down-to-earth. They are the reason I bought from this dealership. I almost walked out in the middle of the deal when I was forced to work with their finance manager, Jamie* (edit). Her attitude and overall demeanor was such a downer on a day that Im supposed to be excited about getting a new motorcycle - I only stayed because of how hard Tim and Blake worked to get me my ideal motorcycle and I didnt want their hard work to go unnoticed or unrewarded. I have probably filled out 3 reviews ever, but felt this necessary because of how great Tim and Blake were - from ordering me the right bike, explaining options and getting my wife involved (something I thought was impossible). I cant give my experience a full 5 stars because of the finance manager, but I will recommend anyone to see the guys at Triumph, without hesitation. Well, maybe Ill tell them to get approved elsewhere... Any way - Thanks Tim. Thanks Blake.
