Poor customer service. I loved this place at first and they have great prices. Purchased my Hyosung bike from them and when it needed service, tried to get in contact with the service station they are affiliated with and who they recommended me to. I tried three times to get in contact with them and couldnt get help. Called the service department on the phone and was asked to text, so I hung up and texted. I received no text response so I went onto the service departments online message program and still did not receive a response. I then tried to contact azmotomania through their online message program about the problem hoping they could help me but also did not receive any help. Maybe their online message center isnt working? Im not sure. Very disappointing.

Contacted Beau at the Peoria store just to inquire about financing due to my relatively poor credit. 5 minutes over-the-phone application was PRICELESS. Few hrs later I was approved with a highly affordable monthly payment at a great interest rate on 1500 mi 2011 Honda CBR 100RR. JP the finance guy is freaking awesome too! They treated me like family from start to finish. A little over a month later I still have to pinch myself. Love my bike more n more every day! If you are in the market for a new bike I highly recommend these guys! Great selection of nice bikes and outstanding customer service! And with the 2nd location in Mesa, there is guaranteed to be a store close to you. Thanks AzMotoMania!

AZMotoMania is the best place to stop if your looking for great deals on a used motorcycle. I recently purchased my first Sportbike from here, and my overall experience with this place has been exceptional! The service provided was great, Jeff and Mike are great to work with. There were plenty of bikes to choose from, finding the right one is probably what took the longest for me. I was really happy with what we were able to come to an agreement on with my sale, very easy - no hassle. So if your in the market for a used bike, check these guys out, they have a lot to choose from and a lot to offer. If Im ever in need of another bike, Ill be coming back! Let me start by saying I shouldve gone here the first time I wanted to buy a motorcycle, I went to several other places like Ridenow peoria and Avondale and Apache Honda and got turned down, I came here to browse around and instantly got approved and even got a lower monthly price than what I was asking for JP and Rachel helped me out with this and helped me find my motorcycle if you do go here please ask for JP or either Rachel they will do the best they can to help you I sent my dad here to get a motorcycle and they helped him get what exactly he wanted I just wanted to say thank you JP and Rachel for helping me get my motorcycle

I was looking to trade up from my 650 V-star, but was not really sure what I wanted. We stopped by on a whim, and talked to MIke, but they did not have anything that caught my eye at that time. Mike sent me a photo of a bike a few days later. It was perfect, I bought it and I LOVE it. I have referred two friends to him. I highly recommend Mike and the team at AZ Moto Mania. If they dont have what you are looking for, they can probably get it. I have described them as craigs list prices with the ability to finance. Service after the sale was phenomenal!

I just got my first Harley Sportster from AZMOTOMANIA! JP, Beau and Jaden made everything quick and painless. Jaden at the service department hooked me up with engine guards and took the time to talk to me about the bike. Beau has been riding most of his life and knows a lot about motorcycles. He even rode the bike home for me. JP was even able to get me interest rates lower than what I expected. They have several programs for financing. I was also surprised with the inventory of Harleys here. These guys are awesome!

This is a great place to find a used bike. The guys are very friendly and laid back. I bought a 2013 Harley 48 for a great price. I looked at other dealers prices but azmotomania had the lowest price for my model even though my bike had less miles and more options. If I were looking for another used bike I would definitely start with these guys. No pressure, great selection and reasonable prices. Thanks azmotomania!

All I can say is wow!!! AZMOTOMANIA treated me so good. I have bad credit and they were able to get me a bike. Terrall was my salesman and Mike helped me with financing. I never thought I would be able to finance a bike with my bad credit. They treated me with respect helped me figure out what I would qualify for. I thank them so much. Now Boom I have a Kawasaki Vulcan Custom and I love it .

Bought a bike today. They had the bike in the service dept which was in Tempe. by the time i finished signing the papers, my new ninja had been delivered to the store. Really easy process and fast too. My family has now bought 3 very nice motorcycles from JP. Im taking my friends there this weekend and hopefully they can get one to. Thanks guys
