First off, YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME. do not give this place a 1 star review because YOU didnt know that its a MOTORCYCLE store not a BICYCLE store. Seriously the ignorance is overwhelming.. Secondly, this is a great place to get your gear. no matter what kind of bike you ride, be it cruiser, sport bike, dual sport or dirt bike, theyve probably got what youre looking for. This is a great shop with a friendly environment, and an extremely helpful staff. What i personally love about this place is that theres ALWAYS a sale going on for something. And i dont mean those sales where you get 10 percent off of a purchase of $20,000 or more, no sir. This place ALWAYS has deals for around half off. I went in to get a helmet for $99 (half off) and came out with a jacket, pants, gloves, boots, and a helmet. everything i got was half off or more, and the quality of all these items was superb. So anyways, check this place out if youre a biker of any sort. Odds are youll be quite pleased.

I bought a new battery, and was assured it was ready to operate. It wasnt, which unfortunately ruined a day of riding. I charged it all week and tried to ride the next weekend and it was still too dead to start a DRZ400. I bought the extra two year warranty, which was a good idea but two weekend rides ruined plus the cost to drive there twice hardly makes up for it. They didnt keep the battery in stock either, so there wasnt one to swap with. This will be the last thing I purchase at Cycle Gear. I will buy batteries at Interstate or a real battery store from now on.

Coming from a retail GM: Hands down best experience with a motorcycle gear shop. Staff is friendly, attentive, very patient, and informed. Selection is fantastic, given who else is there? Prices were better than I expected, especially on their in house brand. Return policy is way too lenient, this is a big sacrifice for a business, and its for the sake of the customer, for this I will happily drive 30 minutes everytime, just to shop here.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff with daily sale prices AND 10% off to military and veterans. My Bilt brand helmet visor base (mounting part) flew off my helmet in Colorado. I used duct tape to keep the visor in place and complete the ride back to Utah. I was ready to purchase a new helmet, Cycle Gear had a spare base plate and mounted both sides on my helmet at no cost. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Cycle gear is great. Awesome deals on their BILT brand if you arent a snob. They have name brand stuff too if thats what youre in to. The staff is the most helpful of any motorcycle shop in town. Including Dealers and Wrights. That dude who was upset that it was not a bicycle store is obviously a loser who cant be trusted. Bicycles are toys for children. Motorcycles are for everyone.

Some assistant manager chick with tatoos and piercings all over the places is one of the most obnxious people I have every interacted with. You know they type, the one that "knows everything" but is oblivious to the fact they do not. Manager is named Jason and he is only slightly more professional. They lost my business for good. Lots of other places to buy most of what they sell.

Customer service needs HELP. Dont know if its my beautiful BROWN skin or my well manacured BLACK beard. All that should matter is my money is as green as the next man. Spent about 500$ here wont be back. Only reason why I kept going back was to prove that ignorance doesnt bother me, Im over it!!!! THE WORLD IS BIGGER THAN YOUR BUBBLE.

Called in advance to hold a Yuasa battery and when I got there it was in fact a bikemaster, not Yuasa brand. Very disappointing to drive all the way from SLC to end up without the parts I needed. Not helpful customer service, no apology was made. Very small selection of mostly Chinese made gear like Built and Sedici. Way lame.

Great selection of motorcycle gear and parts. Even if they dont have it in store, theyre sure to have it online and it can be shipped to the store or directly to your house. Friendly and helpful staff without being overbearing (I think theyre commission based). Highly recommended to any motorcyclist.

Brandon at Cycle Gear was amazing! He took the time to go through the whole wall of helmets with us to help us find what we wanted. He was honest with us about value for price paid and even helped us with sizing the helmets to find the right ones for us. Cycle Gear is a great place!

I like cycle gear, Ive visited many locations, but I love the Draper location! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The manager of this store stays engaged with customers, takes good care of repeat customers. Need a helmet or riding gear, definitely check them out.

I bought a bunch of gear at this location over a year ago and the staff was friendly and helpful. Today the release trigger for my helmet broke off. I went in to see if I could find a replacement part, and instead they gave me a new helmet! Great service.

Ive been in several times for clothing and accessories. The folks Ive talked to have been extremely helpful. In spite of all my research, there have been a few items that havent worked out, and returns have been taken care of very easily. Thanks, yall!

Always super helpful, best prices in the city on gear, and their warranties / customer service is the best. If they dont have it in store you can order anything in, try it out and bring it back if you dont like it.

The only place that is specifically focused only on MC gear. No MC branding or bias. Serves both street and off-road riders. Decent prices for a brick-and-mortar store, and great warranties on everything.

Anytime I need something for my bike, apparel for riding, and Ive even bought a few helmets here. They have pretty good pricing and its nice to be able to go and pick it up rather than wait in the mail.

Bought my jacket from here, If youre a smaller lady they usually dont have the items in stock and can order it in. i.e helmets, boots... what not. The guys that work here are awesome and very helpful.

Incredible service! Came in the day after Christmas to get a tire installed and Brandon started on it right then. 15 minutes later my tire was done and ready to go! Great crew over there.

Good selection, nice staff. Be weary of their house brand (Bilt) items though. I bought some Bilt gloves one rainy day and theyd already fallen apart by the time I got home.

Walked in and received a friendly greeting right off the bat, was treated like a valued customer, and got a great deal on a good helmet to boot! Definitely going back again.

Very disappointed with the service. Wanna see everyone in the store dissappear, try getting some help with helmets. The little Mexican kid especially unhelpful and arrogant!

Helpful enough service, but in the store I almost felt like I was trying to work my way through a flea market. Really poor selection of the wet/cold weather riding gear.

Good price for service, but they damaged a part on bike when doing maintenance, my husband is too shy to go back and have them fix it. I was pretty mad about it though.
