I have been a customer for several years. I first found the store by chance, when it was still in Orem near the Orem/Provo hill. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable on many motorcycle and ATV topics. I just purchase 4 new tires for my wives ATV. They gave me the run down on several tire options and steered me away from a new tire they did not yet... know how reliable it would be as a new product. Mounting was quick and easy and they offered me a military discount on the mounting changes. It sure beats having to drive to Payson if you live in the Lehi area! The only down side is, they usually do not mount tires while you wait like Rock Mountain MC/ATV does. BUT if you can drop things off and can wait a day or two it will sure save you a drive. 6-20-2016 I just purchased a new front tire for my 1000cc V-Strom. Again...speedy mounting, great prices and a friendly smile from the helpful staff!

Fast, and friendly service. In a world where customer service is slowly dieing, I felt like a valued customer the moment I called. Though Im new to motorcycles, they were happy to answer all of my questions. I was also impressed that their speed to get my much needed parts. The location is a bit difficult to find, but it was well worth the search. I plan on going to Moto X Outlet for all of my motorcycle needs.

Its nice to have a local place that stocks most of the basic things you need and can get everything else. Their service is basically limited to tire mounting but they know what theyre doing as opposed to MotoFrugals in Orem. The only complaint is that the hours are a crap shoot at best. The sign out front may read closed but theyre open and vice versa. They are however, very friendly and helpful.

Good company for my first experience buying from them. Had a problem with my order getting decline. Call them up. They fixed the issue and on top of that bumped my order of 2015 riding gear to the 2017 riding gear for the same price. Shipped out an hour after the issue was fixed. Keep up the good business guys.
