HORRIBLE SERVICE experience. THESE GUYS WILL NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK and treat some of their best most consistent customers like they could care less. After countless years and thousands of dollars of business with these guys I had them do a fix-it kit on my Polaris Pro. I paid $1400 to have them do the work and 149 miles later THE SLED BLEW UP. No sled should blow up 149 miles after a fresh top end. I had my guess that the issue was an oil injection hose which is why the motor wouldve seized the third time riding the sled since they rebuilt it. When I gave them the opportunity to make things right instead of just taking my business elsewhere they were put out I even called to see if they would warranty their garbage work and/or tear into it to see what had gone wrong. I told him I was almost positive it was an oil injection hose and after convincing Jeremy they at least had an obligation to see what was wrong he popped off the side panel and called back ten minutes later saying I was right. He said it wasnt their fault and that there was nothing they could do although my crank was probably done (which ended up being correct; cracked cylinders, pistons done, crank was done). I asked him if the hose had broke or just come off and he claimed "it appeared to just come off". I asked how this was not due to mechanic error not putting the hose back on correctly seeing how before they tore my motor apart it never had oil injection issues up to 1400 miles. He said they didnt have to take the hose off to do the work but anyone who works on motors knows that they 100% guaranteed took all hoses off to get everything out of the way to get the work done. I couldve easily done the work myself but instead I TRUSTED Motofrugals to do the work because I didnt want to spend the time so I gave them business AND THEY TOTALLY SHAFTED ME. Last time I step a foot in their place ever again. Not to mention they treat their employees like garbage. That is why their no.1 mechanic left and multiple other people have left. This place is a joke and does not know how to treat their customers.

I had been to Motofrugals many times where I had both test ridden bikes, bought helmets, gear, and maintenance products but after my last experience I will never give them my patronage again. I convinced my wife to go bike shopping and decided wed stop by Motofrugals to test ride; she has recently obtained her endorsement and eager to ride. We arrived and located a used FZ07 that she was willing to consider and so we spoke with a sales person, Todd. Todd asked which one of us was going to buy a bike. We advised him that my wife was looking to which he asked if she had her endorsement. We confirmed that she did. Todd then proceeded to tell me that they dont allow people to test ride until the bike is all but under contract; I told him that my experience was different and that I had personally test ridden a bike without any contractual agreements. The only difference on this interaction with Motofrugals and my previous interactions was that I was in the company with my wife, a female, and that she is a new rider. Todd told me that if they were to allow everyone who wanted to test ride a bike that they wouldnt have any bikes in stock; as there were approximately 80 bikes on the lot and only us looking for a bikes. I then confronted Todd and asked him if his declination of a test ride was biased; Todd denied that was the case but as far as I can see, it is the only variable that I have been able to identify. Less than one star review for this sexist bike shop.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to buy a battery for my bike on Saturday, while I was there I decided to get a price for my rear tire installed. I was quoted a price and told it could be done by Monday or Tuesday. I gave him my card and was charged the quoted price. I left my bike there that day. On Tuesday I called to check the progress of my bike and was put on hold while they checked. After a five minute wait they came back on the phone to ask what bike was mine (not impressed). I told him and he left me on hold again while he looked, after a short wait he came back on and said he was not aware my bike had been there and would get right on it. Two hours later I dropped by to find my bike in the same spot I left it Saturday outside the gate and filthy because it had been rained on all weekend. I went in and expressed my displeasure and was told they would jump right on it. At five o clock they called and told me I could come pick it up for the remaining price of $62.00 remember I paid up front. I was told I misunderstood the sales person and that this is industry standard to pay twice. They didnt take into consideration they had left my bike out all weekend, lost it on their own lot and it was obviously my fault I misunderstood the price. They made zero attempt to appologize for their carless service. Of course unless you count them spraying off my bike. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Weve ordered two helmets from here. The first time we went in on Friday night, we bought the helmet and they said they would need to place an order and it would take two days to arrive. They said they would place the order first thing Monday. They said it would be here wed, we explained we had a ride planned for Thursday to Vegas, they assured me it would be in. They DID NOT place the order on time, they placed it on Tues so we did not get in until Thursday. We had to cancel our trip and ended up paying over 300 for a hotel we didnt get to stay at because we couldnt cancel in time. They seemed like they cared and it would be a one time thing, it WASNT. Called in and placed another order on Friday. The following Monday was a holiday. We were told they would place it on Tuesday and have it sent next day due to the issues we had with the previous order. I called wed and the helmet wasnt in. The email I received from the owner stated "The same day shipping and next day delivery doesnt seem to happen as stated by the vendor." However when I called back in the guy said the order wasnt even placed until wed. Today they called (Monday) and said it finally came in. The only reason we ordered from this company a second time was because they seemed like theyd fix it and they sell the SHOEI NEOTECH for $599, instead of 662 like other places. We will never go through this company again.

My boyfriend and I have placed many orders online with Motofrugals. The first order was parts for one of our snowmobiles. The order was perfect. I dont remember the sequence of orders, but this past year right before Christmas I ordered my boyfriend a new helmet & goggles (Awesome BTW), along with a little something for myself because I didnt feel right only ordering for him!! So I got myself a cute pink hat. I was extremely excited to open the box when it came, only to find out there was a cute grey hat instead of pink! I ended up liking the grey one better anyways, so I wasnt going to say anything. In the mean time, I placed another order, for a hoodie, also for my bf. Apparently he did the same thing, but one for me, plus one for him. I believe one was backordered so Motofrugals contacted him to make sure that he was ok with it being late since Christmas was right around the corner. While he was on the phone he mentioned that I was shipped the wrong hat. Motofrugals ended up sending me the original hat I ordered, FREE. I did not have to send the original back. What a great company to honor a mistake, no questions asked. I will definitely be ordering again. THANK YOU, once again!!
