Love the building. Very classic. I am rating their service department as just OKAY however. Specifically, I had taken in my 06 Road King (which I bought new there) to get the cam chain tensioners replaced at 45k miles. They did the work (although they had the bike for way too long) charging me a premium price. I subsequently rode the bike ~2500 miles and it completely stopped running as I was riding down the road. I had the bike transported to this shop (at my own cost and convenience) at which point they diagnosed that the cam plate, 1 of the screws, had backed all the way out causing internal bindage and subsequent failure. They claimed that the screw would not have come out on its own rather I must have gone into the engine and messed with something. After haggling, I was able to get them to agree to not charge me for the repair labor, but they still wanted me to pay for the new gaskets and shop supplies. I did, but did not think this was fair. Obviously the mechanic did not torque the screw properly. The above is not why I am writing the review however. I am writing this review because 2k miles later I started to get a loud ticking noise that ultimately was a result of a faulty lifter. I have new lifters now, not done by this HD shop, and the bike sounds like brand new. Why this shop did not recommend new lifters after being in their twice is beyond me, especially since I have spoken to a few alleged experts that claim these lifters should have been replaced as a precaution and is often recommended when doing the cam chain tensioners. (street best practice) I think shops like this need to remember why they are in business (i.e. to advise, serve, and help.) This shop, in my case, needs to get back to these basics.

Worst day and worst decision of my life and I even joined the army!! Bought a bike in 2015 the msrp was $9k and I had a $3k down payment slam dunk right? Wrong, finance guy gave me and two other people the run around kept us there for 3 hours waiting for a "reply" So by this point my ride is gone Im not paying attention and he starts going through all the BS they have to go through sign here sign that all the services "included" in the price final price comes to $10,700 sweet so I owe them $7,700 right? Wrong again, finance guy snuck in tons of extra garbage no one wants so the final price was $13,700 thats right folks I unwittingly paid $14k for a $9k bike oh icing on the cake my interest rate started at like %18 so ya know whatever its high but after first six months went up to 21% and if I hadnt paid it off recently it would have gone up to 24% I paid over $4k in interest alone and after two years only whittled it down by $2k needless to say I am so disgusted that I will never buy another Harley as long as I live and I wish there was a -5 star button P.S. The tires for life thing is a scam to force you to use their services because if you dont they wont replace tires I.E. if you dont pay the $600 for the first time maintenance check and then all subsequent oil changes until the indicator says time to change tires no tires for life

2015 Iron 883
Well........ To start I bought my bike here 2015 iron 883 back in January, since the weather was amazing with no snow it was the perfect time to purchase the bike. the sales staff was very helpful and I was informed at 1000, miles to bring it in for a service. Dan sold me the the bike I was his first sale for his new position the guy texted to check up on me a few weeks later how awesome of a guy he gets a 5 star review! Back to the story, I decided its a great time to get new pipes and black wraps during my 1000 mile tune up I call them and request the parts and request a pick up for my bike for the oil change I figure we will get it all knocked out in one shot. They order the pipes and the black wrap well the wrap gets there but the pipes take about a week talk about slow shipping on high dollar parts damn ok welI I want to ride over the weekend and the pipes wont come in til the following Monday so drive to Orem to pick up my bike (they dont even clean the bike it was dirty with oil spots on the engine )from its 1g service I pay for the service 300 and some odd dollars and I paid for the pipes and wraps 500 dollars then I pay for the labor of the pipes and wraps 250 dollars ! There tools must be made of gold so it must be good quality work... Well I paid for parts not installed yet Im happy to take care of the bill $1,050

TL;DR -- Highly Recommended I had such a great experience that Ill let myself ramble on a bit. Most of the negative reviews seem to have been from a year ago and it would seem from my one time experience that they addressed all those concerns. Called Timpanogos HD for a 5k service appointment a few days prior. They said sure but it would still be first come first serve. I got there early and 20 minutes before they opened, first friendly employee chatted for a sec, made sure I knew there was a cafe for breakfast while I waited for them to open. Next guy who checked me in, also really friendly. Everyone else I interacted with there were all great. This is a theme there. No cool guy attitude. Smiles all around. When it came time to pay, it was 60 dollars less than the dealerships in SLC. I rode down two counties because Ive had bad experiences at the SLC dealership. The owner does not back up their product, service, or workers. This made paying less really feel like a significant value. Honorable mentions, the food in the cafe was good, they did a basic wash job on my bike too. No problems with anything for the ride home but none expected after a service like that. Ill be coming back for my next service.

WOW NA NA! Sounds like this was serious issue that was never taken care of. That cover coming off at those speeds could have killed someone and they give you the run around? It sounds like you need to take this to the BBB and possible attorneys letter to get them to fix their mistakes. Also from other reviewers they have some fishy things going on in the background that their customers cant see until its too late. If someone said that they were going to take care of you they need to stand by that statement and not take it away and charge you the bill. I WAS going to purchase a bike that I was looking at that was going to cost me over $10K with accessories. I feel I should not take the risk and roll the dice and get this type of treatment down the road. I would rather pay $20K for the same bike at a differant dealership and know Ill be treated right and not half assed this this. Looks like Im going somewhere else to do business.
