I purchased a TAO TAO on 5/9/2017 I saw it on the show room floor with absolutely no nicks, dings etc etc but because I arrived and purchased it late I was made to wait for 3 days... On the 3rd day and day of pick up I noticed a bunch of nicks and dings that wasnt even there the service tech even mentioned that they to seen it was in mint condition... They refused to make it right but only offered my money back... I didnt want that I wanted what I paid for an that wasnt a bike all dented up I returned for a 300 mile service and low and behold my gas throttle was now pulling out and they refused to show me how to fix my loose right mirror... Then I was promised that on pick up which was on the 9th of may that my temporary tags expired in 45 days... Friday the 23rd of June my temporary tags expired and I still didnt receive my information I then called and they decided that day to send them out.. The dmv informed me that they had to print me another temporary tag which they refused (found out that counted against them) to print me out another one now 5 days later its 6/28/2017 I finally after 50 days received all my information... I dont recommend them to anyone and if anyone does decide to purchase from them my suggestion is to get there really early and make sure pictures are taken like I had done and make sure you leave that day with it not 3 days later.... I wasnt even offered to have them even fix it just my money back to take a 50/50 chance of getting another dinged up bike... I am also waiting for the sales person to have the owner actually call me and from reading the reviews I can see that isnt going to happen

After searching for the right place and loosing a lot money on deal I had with another scooter dealer I was very apprehensive about walking into another scooter place..... plus I had very little cash to put down on a scooter for my son because of the experience I had. To my surprise I didnt feel like this place was trying to rip me off at any time... quite the opposite. NO BS here!! The sales guy Dennis wasnt too pushy and I really felt like he cared about finding the perfect bike for my teenager. We finally picked out a bike but wasnt sure about the price .... Dennis was able to get me approved with $100.00 down. Very good and honest guy. Dave took care of the details and really went out of his way to get all the info about the bike and to get the deal done. Before I left the tech guys made sure to check the scooter was in tip-top shape before I left. (lights working, turn signals, etc.) The mechanics were on-top-of-their game too!. Not halfass like my other experiences. I will continue to do business here for scooter repair or upgrades for my son. Im so glad they were open on we went to Advanti Powersports. Good selection of bikes and its nice to see a place organized and working together to make the customer happy. Scooters are getting more popular in Phoenix and if your shopping for one you really should check this place out.

So after Ive called them and talked to David on the phone and came that I wanted to finance a pit bike and I dont have a Social Security but I have a bank account and I-20 A form of finical proof, he said he would accept that and that I should bring my papers and go. After a 30 minutes drive I get there, meet David A gentle guy to deal with. I mentioned that Im the one who called he knew me and gave me a form to fill. As soon as I was done with filling it I just had one simple question before handing it back to David but he was busy with other customers, so the owner sees me and comes and asks what do I need, as Ive asked him the question, he asked me where is the SSN, I replied I dont have one I thought me and David already talked about it. HE interrupted me as I was speaking and said as far as where you are going, its here I own the store and doesnt work. If only he talked to me in a better way and treated me like a customer not a lurker I would of bought cash in the end its only $700 but theres other places so its all good. Literally like dude what the heck Im thinking is that how he always treats customers. I ignored him and waited for David and I went and told him about it he politely apologized and said he misunderstood and he thought it would work without a SSN. Respect to David, the manager though... so disrespectful.

The Owner of this Store his name is Dennis. "dont purchase from someone you can not trust" He is a professional con artist! Terrible with business and customer service, will not bend even if the customer is in the right! My Comment is over a duration of time and experiences with this shop! I bought my scooter and day 1, it gave me issues. took my scooter to the advanti and it was free for the odometer reading to get fixed, Great thank you! A month later My ignition coil will not stay connected to my scooter to keep it running. I take to advanti, he charges me $65 to simply rehook it back on to the scooter (the part was not even replaced) what did i pay $65 for? Pull out of the shop 2 miles down the road it dies on me! take it back and then Advanti places another ignition coil on my scooter! 3 weeks later my scooter has the same issue with the same part? i call him today 12/3/2013 "tells me that, i will have to pay for labor" when they didnt even fix it right the second time! Im Sorry EVERYONE this Shop is Worthless, your better on throwing your money down the toilets, then handing it to these Professional Crooks!! Terrible customer serivice! The product looks fun and exciting but its Crap!

Had a couple hundred dollars worth of work done on my bike. Basic routine maintenance. Drove it from Advanti after they had "fixed" it, and the bike shut down, then wouldnt start. Contacted the business to see if I could get a tow back to the shop , and was informed that was my responsibility. My issue with this is that the bike ran BEFORE I took it to them, but doesnt after theyre done with it. Put yourself it my shoes. You spend 230$ for a service that you dont recieve, and then are told by the business owner "It ran when you left here." Very disappointed. Anyone who does business here should keep their receipts and be aware of what they are paying for. Also, have a tow on standby for when your motor vehicle does not work due to their services.

I can only comment on the service, as that is why I came here. Advanti Power Sports was recommended by friends in the scooter community as the best place to take your for work. They were absolutely correct! Impeccable service. Took my bike here for repairs, and they fixed me up and got me back on the road again. The crew here are friendly and helpful, will listen to you and make recommendations that are sensible and necessary. They dont mind when you say there are things you can do yourself, and give advice on how to accomplish these tasks. In addition to the mechanical work, I needed to get my seat recovered. They dont do this here, but the Service Manager gave me a card for a local upholsterer that could do the job.
