WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I know its long but I highly recommend you read this before doing any business here, or even going here for that matter. We went in to look at a scooter to get me around campus and save on gas. Anyway, while there we found one that was a steal of a deal but wanted to go home and think about it for a night before we made a hasty decision. Our sales guy told us that if we wanted we could make a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit on it so no one bought it. I didnt believe that it could be fully refundable so I asked him repeatedly... "Fully refundable, right?" And he said "yes." And I said, "refundable, not transferable, right?" And he said "yes." I even asked one other person working there and she collaborated this. However, they were closing and the finance people were gone so he said Id have to call first thing in the morning and pay the $500 to hold the bike. First thing in the morning I called the finance girl and before I gave her my credit card info I asked her the same thing about it being refundable, not transferable just to make sure and said yes as well. So I put down the money to hold it while we thought about it. The next day we decided it wasnt for us. So we called back and I asked for a refund and they told me I couldnt because it was non refundable. I got all the way to the jerk off of a manager, Ryan, who told me tuff luck and that he could transfer it to something else but could not refund me the money. I told him that even if I wanted to buy a motorcycle at this point, I would never buy from them for lying multiple times to me about it. The best part is that while talking to him, he tried to tell me that he couldnt refund my money because I had signed an agreement with them when I made the deposit, and he was looking right at it. I said, well I made the payment over the phone so Id be happy to sue you for identity theft if thats the case. He then denied having said that, and still refused to refund me the money. Long story short, Ryan is an incredibly awful human being and the sales people here are liars. I told him that I would have my lawyer visit him and he laughed at me and told me I couldnt afford one so he didnt care. Imagine the dumbfounded look on his face when my lawyer showed up the next day. Even then, he only returned my money after we filed a lawsuit against them. Sadly a 100% true story... I cannot put into words what a bad experience we received by Ryan (an absolutely awful human being) and this store. **After reading through some other comments, I see Ryan has screwed over quite a few people. I should have checked this place out more thoroughly.

Honda World is simply amazing. I am rarely motivated to write a review about a retail experience, but these guys are worth every word on this page and every dollar I’ve spent (and will spend) with them. I first went to Honda World back in October to ask some questions about a classic sport-bike I was considering purchasing (an 86 VF500F Interceptor). The bike wasn’t running which could have meant any number of things. Also, being a 25 year old bike I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find someone who knew enough about the older technology to service the bike. Enter Jayson Pawlowski, the Service Manager at Honda World. This guy immediately took me under his wing and introduced me to Dennis, a Honda World Mechanic who has forgotten more about motorcycle maintenance than most will learn in a lifetime. He worked on 86 Interceptors back when they were new! Jayson and Dennis took well over an hour of their time to help me understand the intricacies of the older Interceptors; what to look for and what should cause me to walk away. Even Ryan, the Sales Manager, got involved in the conversation and shared his advice. What I found interesting was that even though Ryan was the Sales Manager, not once did he try to talk me out of buying the Interceptor and into buying a newer Honda. In fact, being a true motorcycle lover himself, Ryan actually encouraged me to pick up the classic bike! Long story short, I bought the Interceptor and had it delivered to Honda World on a Sunday when they were closed. Jayson came in on his day off to bring the bike inside so it would be safe. This was truly above and beyond, and totally unexpected. Within a week, Dennis had the old Interceptor running like new, and this is NO exaggeration. Dennis is truly a Jedi Master when it comes to bikes. It is obvious that he loves what he does and that he takes great pride in his work. Since then I’ve been back for tires, gear and just to chat with the guys. They treat me like family. For the best service on the planet, head to Honda World. You won’t be disappointed. In fact, I’m toying with the idea of purchasing a newer Honda to keep the miles off my Interceptor. Looks like Ryan may get to sell me a bike after all! These guys are GREAT. If you’re in the market for a Honda or need service on your bike, this is the place to go. Considering the gravity of what’s at stake when I ride, I have real confidence putting my bike and my life in the hands of the best. I won’t go anywhere else. Bill H. –Draper, UT.

Took two of my Honda ATVs in to have serviced, with one I was having an over heating problem. The red overheat light would come on about 20 minutes into a ride, Id have to turn off the engine and let it cool down. Our 2nd ATV would tend to stall when going down hill, no problems starting or climbing, but when going downhill it would stall. I took both of these 2002 machines in to have them looked at and given a premium tune up. Well a couple of weeks later and $900 lighter in my pocket I pick them up. Im given some line about well there was some leaves in the radiator that led to over heating. And we adjusted the carb so it wont stall anymore. I took their word for it and took them home. About 2 to 3 weeks later my wife decides to take one out for a spin. Lo and behold the one that stalled out going down hills now cant even stay running long enough to take it for a ride. It went from not having a running problem to not even being able to run. So she tries to take the other ATV out and double lo and behold, it over heats just like we told them it did. So, I email Jayson and tell him the problem. He is very apologetic and wants to correct the problems. I am thinking great it will get taken care of, of course it a pain in my butt to have to haul them back up to Sandy and waste my time doing so, during their not too convenient to me hours, but I do it. After a few days I get a call saying that the whole problem is that they were jetted wrong. In fact they were jetted for 6500+ ft altitude. That is the problem. Really?!? Weve been riding these things for almost 10 years with no problems till now and they have been jetted wrong this whole time. Needless to say I found that hard to believe. But what do I know, I am not a mechanic. So over the course of a few months we end up getting them back (finding a time that met my scheduled and their open times was a bit rough) and now my wallet is $400 lighter. We really havent been riding yet, but at least the one that was stalling isnt, but the one that over heats, which for some reason they could never replicate, OVERHEATED right outside my garage idling while I moved stuff around. This is ridiculous!! I am NEVER going back to Honda World again and I would warn everyone that A) They are too expensive for service and B) They cant fix it right the first or second times!
