As a new rider, I walked into this place not knowing what to expect. I didnt even have my first bike yet. I expected to be brushed off, ignored and made to feel like I should come back once Ive been riding for a while. My experience was very much the opposite. Mel and Mark, the owners of D & D, welcomed me in, invited me to grab a cup of coffee and hang out for a while. They talked to me about bikes, which would be a good first bike, tips and tricks for learning to ride and a million other things that took their valuable time. They made me feel completely welcomed and excited to pursue my interest in riding. When it came time to purchase some gear, they gave me a better price than I was even able to find on the internet, much less in the Phoenix area. When I dropped my bike on the second day and needed a new gear shifter, Mel had a new one to me less than 24 hours after I asked for it. These guys are very welcoming, will always take time to chat, encourage you to hang out, grab some coffee and chat with other customers who have come to spend some time in the store. Ive learned so much about riding, about motorcycles and about how motorcyclists all look out for each other just in the short time Ive been going to D & D. I encourage you to at least give them a call if you need parts, gear or service. Their prices are unbeatable and their attitudes are even better than that.

A broken mirror and totally scratched saddlebag cover completely changed the look of my beautiful black Goldwing - as well as my sunny disposition. Because it was my own fault, I was all the more furious. Mark took my damaged bike in as soon as I could get it down there, and immediately began to treat it as if it were his own. Just like that, new parts ordered and the saddle bag was on its way for repair. I had options, new or used parts. I had checked prices on the internet, and D and D was comparable or cheaper. But perhaps perspective is what I really needed, and Mark surely obliged. While I was moaning about the mirror and dropping the bike in front of wife and granddaughter, Mark asked if anyone was hurt. When I responded "no", he said "well thats what really matters, bikes can be fixed". Amen.

My husband and I recently returned from riding some of the most scenic roads in Arizona. We rented an Ultra Classic Harley, gorgeous bike, great performance, from D & D Motorcycle Rentals and want to let everyone know want a great experience we had with this company. If this is an adventure you are thinking about, we highly recommend D & D. Not only was the cost reasonable compared to the larger franchise companies, the personalized service and attention to detail given by Mark and his team was impressive and exceptional. They really went the "extra mile" to make our road trip perfect....taking the time to advise us on which routes to take, places to stay, road conditions etc. Thanks again to Mark and the rest of the team at D & D!

I have been in Arizona since Feb 2009 and have experienced horrible service from the large dealer/service center located here. I was very pleased this morning when I arrived for my 9:00 am appointment for an oil change and was actually taken in immediately instead of having to wait an hour. I was even more surprised when within 15 minutes my bike was sitting back out front ready to go instead of the 2 hour wait I have become accustomed to since moving here. Based on my visit today I would recommend D&D and I definitely will be returning for my maintenance and new purchase needs. Thanks Mel and team.

The owners and management are what run a business, and Mark and Mel are the greatest guys. They will help you with whatever your needs are, they are professional, quick and very knowledgable, and prices are very reasonable. If they dont have it - they get it fast, and you can always rely on their recommendations. I wish all business owners cared about their customers as much as these guys do. Their new venture - DD Motorcycle Rentals, is sure to be a huge success.

Fantastic service and great prices. Called to get tires on my Goldwing. Got in the next day at 11:00 and was riding out of the lot 1 hour and 40 minutes later. Price for tires was within $3.00 of best online prices I could find. Well worth the ride.
