We dropped off a scooter for an insurance bid on Wednesday and the shop said by that Friday or Saturday it would be finished. Our insurance adjuster stopped by the shop 3 times with nobody at the shop. Nobody showed up to open shop Friday or Saturday then theyre closed Sunday Monday and nobody showed up again on Tuesday. I called several times, emailed and messaged them on Facebook with no one there to answer. Our insurance agent stopped by in person and stayed for an hour 3 times waiting to speak to someone, but nobody came. Finally on Tuesday I did some research and contacted the owner at their home which she actually got an attitude with me, (how dare I want my property back or access to it). She was mad I found the number to her residence. Then questioned why I didnt call the salt lake store. Umm, my bike is in Riverdale and I wasnt aware there was another store. If I had, would someone from that store come to help? No, not only did the other store not have a way to help but she also had no key to access her store and had no idea it wasnt being opened by her one employee. Eventually she took my name and number as well as our insurance adjuster and said shed have it resolved. This morning I received quite the voicemail from the one Riverdale employee that he had received my multiple calls, to not contact the owner in anyway and left his shop number several times. Im still confused why he would bother giving the shop number if he wont bother showing up to work to answer the phone? He still is not finished and may now take another day or two to have the work complete. Most unprofessional employees and rude owners. I was baffled that the owner was not upset or concerned that nobody had been opening her shop. As a side note, I contacted the owner as a benefit to them before contacting the police. I wouldnt make that mistake in the future if you encounter this provoked with this shop. Just call the police.

NOT impressed. Called and talked to them about a part. They said it would take TWO days to get, "it is in Idaho". Went in and ordered it, PAID for it, and I am still waiting EIGHT days later. They said "it should be here in two to three more days. It is now in Magna", I could have driven there and back in two hours. Now I know dont support this local guy, order off of the internet. Ordered parts from South Carolina the same day, got them in three days..... They have no costumer service at all, no sorry for the wait nothing just "well well get it sometime". I called the Salt lake store and he said they dont get any parts from Magna, Sooo who knows what line of BS im am being fed. Stay as far away as possible from this place, dont get screwed like me.

Personally, I think Michael is a pretty good mechanic. He did nice work on my carbs. Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of talking to the owner Darrin. I had a bad experience with another shop and had posted a review about it. So when my bike was at Q&C, I called to check in... due to the estimated time of completion passing by. He answerd, calls me a liar! And then proceeded to tell me i had bashed the other shop to hard, while being rude and disrespectful! Since the other shop is technically his competition....and he didnt know the intricate details of my bad experience! I was appalled to say the least by his unmitigated gall. And for that unpleasant little altercation, I will not do business with this company again.

I have a banshee there with the quad &cycle i took it in about 3 weeks ago for all the liquid flush and possibly 2 front tires but have not gotten a call from them i called twice and spoke to a gentleman and he told me that they had it running but not correctly ! Well the funny thing about this story is that i had just got back from ridding the day before i dropped it off and it ran fine ! It might have bogged out a few times during our run the day before but other than that it ran fine

I had my Atv at some other shop for 2 week. The guy couldnt fix it. He recommend the quad&cycle shop on Riverdale rd. They had my Atv for three days. They said it was fixed. When i went to pick it up they charged me nothing. The said they couldnt find anything wrong with it. They could have charged me anything they wanted to and i wouldnt have known. But they were honest. Which is very hard to find now days. Thank you thank you. It runs great.

I have purchased a 2005 Kasea go-cart, a Jonway Scooter YY150T, a 2015 Coolster 90cc ATV and a 2010 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic. Every purchase was a great deal and I was given treatment like I just bought millions of dollars in inventory each time. These guys service all my motorized toys and have done for the past 2 years. I will go NO WHERE else. Neither should you!

This place sucks and takes forever to get to your product I took in an item it took about 2 months until it was done and they lost some bolts on a cap I had on it and it had a kill switch that works and now it doesnt and also I took it in with a full tank of gas I got it finally home was about to use it and ohh they used all of my gas up worse place ever

This place is great, very impressed with the customer service. I called to see if they had a scooter belt. and they told me that the would order one and call me back (usually when businesses say that they usually dont). but they called me back and followed through with the sale. I RECOMEND THIS PLACE OVER ANYTHING ELSE.

Walked into the store and stood at the door while the mechanic was on the phone for 15 minutes. He didnt even acknowledge my presence. I got sick of listening to the profanity of the phone call (chick this F that) and eventually walked out. I will not be back. I will find another scooter mechanic.. Go-Ped dealer.

Took my scooter in for repair June 8th; replace carburetor. Three weeks later, carburetor fixed but developed an electrical problem and would not start. four weeks later, electrical fixed but developed a fuel leak. Now August 8th still no scooter! ADVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

If you ever need parts or service done on anything, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These guys will give nothing but a run around, and if you do order a part its going to take at least a couple weeks if not more for them to get it.

Fantastic service. Staff was very helpfull and was even willing to answer all my questions. They even help me diag my bike over the phone!!! Never in My life have i been to a shop this helpfull. Would recomend this shop to everybody!!!
