The staff at the Broadway Salem,NH are outstanding. I have been in the store a few times to ask questions, purchase my phone (that i love) and find appropriate accessories. No pressure just knowledgeable staff that assisted in getting me on a data plan that fit my lifestyle, establish the set up of my new phone, transfer data from my old phone and provided me with tips for a better experience. The phone is working great, no dropped calls, no dead zones and improved speed performance. The store location on route 28 was convenient to access. No wasting time parking my car and trekking through the mall. It was so much easier to just park the car and take a few steps into a large brightly lite store with plenty of floor space and not having to worry about other customers overhearing your personal information. And they know me by name so it makes for a pleasurable visit with staff I know I can trust. The 5 star rating makes them worth the visit. My only regret is that I didnt switch to this verizon carrier sooner.

My previous experiences with Verizon in Salem NH has been at the mall location and it is a veritable hell. Long lines, chaotic conditions, and all around blood boiling aggravation. This location is consistently less crowded and the staff twice as helpful. Big shoutout to Luis, who spent at least 2 hours with me 2 days in a row helping to resolve my issues with my Verizon service. He was extremely patient, knowedgeable, and polite. Also his coworker Melissa was a pleasure to work with while Luis was busy assisting other customers. Both should be promoted, given raises, and made to train others. They could give out a few pointers on how to make a normally aggravating experience a calm and pleasant one to there cohorts at the mall location. I know where I will go for all my wireless needs in the future... Hopefully not too soon though!

The professionals at this location are the cream of the crop, the store is big,beautiful and even when there are many customers very quiet something you dont get @ the big box store or at the mall at rockingham. All personnel here are consummate professionals extremely friendly and very willing to go the distance whether its to sit down and explain the workings of the Item youre thinking of purchasing or youve purchased already and unclear how to operate it correctly . If youre a potential customer and youre considering buying from Verizon whatever it may be dont go to any other brick & mortar facility except this location

I cannot say enough great things about Aimee! Not only does she know all the products, and the ins and outs of all the plans, her customer service skills are second to none!! No matter what is going on around her, I always feel like my needs are the most important thing to her! Over the years I have also watched her walk employees through processes that are new to them and she not only trains people, she empowers them!! She goes the extra mile for me, so I go the extra mile to see her - in Salem - even though I live in Hooksett!!

IWould like to tell you about my experience with JamesMinahan on February 1st and February 2nd he went above and beyond what I had expected when I walked in the doors of the VerizonStore. He was patient and understanding and kind to me I am not very tech savvy and now after James spending so much time with me I can probably help someone else who is having trouble. Great service and very knowledgeable team. Shelby was outstanding both in problem solving and knowledge of product. Tom was super at solving any problems with the New Samsung phone and setting up my VR. Do not waste your time with others head right over to the Salem New Hampshire Verizon Store on Route 28 for the best in service and knowledge. Oh, there it does not end when you buy your phone there are there for you to help with upgrades and solve any problems you might have.

I had a great experience at this store! Didnt have to wait in any lines. The sales representatives were extremely helpful and took time to explain the plans and different device choices I had. They made my phone upgrade process a breeze. They even transferred over my contacts, pictures and emails. Thanks for the help. Go here if you want to save time and have everything done right.

Shelby was the best sales person ever. She treated us with the utmost respect and spent over 3 hours explaining all of the Verizon updates for our phones and our new tablet due to the fact we are old and dont understand the updates and would not let us leave until we fully understood everything. We are so happy to have stopped in this store and would never hesitate to come back

I cant praise these people enough. I visited this location today to clear up some questions I had with my email on my phone and tablet. Bryan, who has the patience of a saint, spent well over an hour with me, answering all my questions and then some. He even came out to my car with me, in spite of pelting rain, to check and explain my Bluetooth connections. Super service!

Had a great experience at this store! My wife and I are not tech savvy at all, and Shelby (the nice young lady that waited on us) was patient and spent more than an hour with us to make sure we had the right phones and the right plan for our needs. Shelby is rude and I will never buy anything here. I am going to tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. I walked in and she walked away and the kid at the front was even asking me where did she go, I thought she was going to help you. Nope. Waited 10 minutes on my lunch break and she was rude once she actually helped.

I was so pleased with the service I received. Bought a new tablet, Jean was amazing and help me set it up. Went in to setup a new phone and he did a great job and made us feel at home. He was also able to speak to us in Spanish which made us feel very comfortable. Thank you again Jean you are awesome.

I visit the store this past Saturday to what I thought was purchase a new phone as I thought my charging port was broken but they were able to repair it in a matter of minutes at no charge. Five start service and they did not charge me. I will definitely be back when I need a cell phone.
