Came in at closing so rate this how you wish. Store waa closed by a few minutes. My newer phone wasnt working and I needed to have it woeking. Im in sales and everyone has my cell phone from over the years. Lady mouthed to me throuh the window she was closed and waved her hand. Knocked on window to show her my phone wasnt working. She crossed ger hands like an umpirw says "safe" at home plate and walked away. Im in sales and we dont close like that. Being a weekend, perhaps the party vibes were flowing early. I also use my phone for emergenciea due to a medical condition so its working correctly is paramount. I obviously was a big inconvenience and need to "learn my place" in this young ladys world. Well I realized that I should gave a back up phone for myself SOOOO this lady cost her company TWO accounts. It costs nothing to be nice..but it just costs her company two lines plus referrals. Im going in today to start the process of removing T Mobile and picking up a company that knows a thing or two about customer service. Later

T-Mobile is a reasonably good service provider in my experience. This store, however, can have mixed service. If they are busy at all, they DO NOT answer the phone. Often times there wont be enough staff to handle the number of people coming in, etcetera. All in all, its a decent place, but I pay my bills online for a reason.

There have been times Ive had to wait and other times I was helped right away. Which ever is the case, I have always been treated as those I am the only person in the store. I cant enough good about the people that work in this store.

Staff was not supportive of bringing a phone to their plan. Sadly they only want to see their phones. My wife got a phone for $100 from Boost with unlimited everything for $45 with automatic deductions!!!
