Not bad but could be better. I went to turn in my Galaxy Note 7 due to the recall. I bought mine online but didnt want to be without a phone or be out the money while waiting to return the old one so I went to the store. Luckily it was like 8:30pm on a Wednesday so it wasnt very busy. This was about 5 days after the recall so I figured they would have some experience with the process but they had no clue about the $25 credit, only had one color of the S7 Edge in stock (black) and only purple cases. They also put the regular 14 day return period on the new phone instead of the September 30th date quoted online. I know he was trying to be nice, but without asking the rep restored all my Verizon Cloud data to the new phone. I hate their cloud app and have been backing up just to google for more than a year so all the info restored was outdated. It reminded me why I havent shopped in person since my blackberry storm in 2008 although at least I got a refund of Mass sales tax since I live in Massachusetts and having it shipped there is taxable. Hopefully next week when the new Note 7s come out they will have more than one color in stock and not give me a hassle about returning the temp S7 Edge. At least when I called VZW customer service the next day they added the $25 credit to my account. Basically, if you live in NH or if you dont mind paying tax in MA, I would stick to online if you can under most normal circumstances.

I was in to purchase an iphone on an extremely busy evening. I was upgrading from a 6.5 yr old flip phone and wanted desperately to save pictures of a recently departed loved one. Michael (the most patient person ever) managed to do so after diligently working on my old phone for hours. He was patient and kind as well as I anxiously waited. I cant thank him enough for his expertise and customer service.

We have a pixel phone that has been over heating and never received calls. We went here and they treated us like criminals, Matt (an employee) was extremely mean to us and acted as if we were crazy. The other Verizon store was much better, they said we didnt have to charge anything, while this Verizon store said it would cost $150. Dont go here, and if you see Matt, dont let him help you.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service from the manager micheal. We have been customers with Verizon for over 14 years, weve spent so much money, bill is always paid but when we were dissatisfied wirh one of their product, NO ONE COYLD HELP US AND THE MANAGER DID NOT WANNA EVEN HERE MY REASONING! I WILL BE SWITCHING TO TMOBILE TOMORROW JUST BECAUSE OF THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Great experience and super helpful staff. Dan helped me with an issue I was having with my Galaxy S7 and ultimately saved me a ton of money since I was able to purchase a wireless charger instead of going through an insurance claim on my phone for an issue with the charging port. Will be using this location for any future visits

Wouldnt let me buy the phone outright. Said I had to do the monthly option. I called verizon directly because that sounded weird and corporate told me i could absolutely buy the phone for retail price and they didnt know why they told me that. They did not get my business.
